Rehoboth Beach home near beach with decks, yard & W/D - dog-friendly

The house is in a perfect location, one-and-a-half blocks from the beach and two blocks from the main drag in Rehoboth. We noted a few small items that could use repair to Vacasa, but nothing that would dissuade us from renting the property in the future! Lovely home filled with every convenience that you could need. Rooms were spacious and comfortable; loved the little nook near the porch to read; appreciated it being dog-friendly; and loved that every room had access to a porch.

We enjoyed our stay. Checkin was easy, house was very clean. Easy walk everywhere, and safe for my little dog. We would stay here again.

Great location and space, you can easily park 3 cars in the driveway. Very walkable to the beach and shops/restaurants. House was clean and well kept, great porch and backyard.

If cleanliness is next to godliness, then this Rehoboth Beach rental is a cathedral. The place was spotless—not a speck, not a smudge, not a stray beach crumb in sight. Tastefully furnished, but not one of those homes that feels like you’re living in someone’s Pinterest board. Just the right amount of style and comfort. The AC? Ice cold perfection. No dramatic thermostat battles, no mysterious clanks—just smooth, cool air like Beyoncé’s fan was on full blast. And shoutout to the host—sweet, responsive, and totally on it. We’re talking “reply-in-less-than-a-minute” energy. Already dreaming of my next trip back. If this place were a cocktail, it’d be a chilled martini—classy, refreshing, and just what I needed.

Location was perfect to walk to the beach and to the boardwalk/main strip. House itself was cute and completely functional for a family of 5. Front porch and roof decks were a plus! Only thing would mention is don't feel like the cleaners did a thorough job. Could see where they just skimmed and smudges/dirtiness remained.

I was so excited to find a place so close to the beach did the Labor Day holiday. The house exceeded our expectations- very clean and lots of nice amenities. We loved it!!

We loved having morning coffee and evening wine on the screened-in front porch with comfy rockers and sliding doors. Every room has a deck and generous closets. We loved the hardwood floors. It was a block and a half to the beach, where there is a reasonable umbrella and chair rental service - we could have left our beach gear at home!

We loved being so close to the beach as well as restaurants and stores. Nice screened in front porch and backyard spaces for meals and family playtime. Plenty of parking on site. Spacious kitchen. Vacasa staff responded quickly to the minor problems (broken toilet handle, dishwasher repair, missing items including garbage and recycling bins and frying pans) during our stay. Thank you!

My family enjoyed ourselves very much despite a few hiccups along the way. The proximity to the beach, the boardwalk and the avenue are perfect! Vacasa knows how to really make your stay special with all their support.

This house is very comfortable and in a perfect location only a block from the beach and boardwalk. Great outdoor spaces ... comfortable decks and porches. Really comfortable for our family and the team was very accommodating with early check-in and answering questions promptly.

The front porch was the best. We all loved sitting out there even the pup.
