Rehoboth Beach group getaway with private pool & 2 studio apts

Didn’t use pool. House was very clean and nice.

Great home, perfect location!!

We had a wonderful vacation. The main house and the studio apartments were beautiful and worked well for our family. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and on the spacious covered porch and patio areas surrounding the pool.

The Pool helped us make a lot of wonderful memories!

The day of we are supposed to leave. We get a call that we are allowed to enter the house early. That would mean a 1 o’clock check-in me and the girls got there at two and we were not able to enter the house for another 40 minutes due to giving us the wrong access code. Once we did get into the house. The house was very clean and exactly what we expected however the first day we were there it was a Friday and two long men came in while we were having a pool day unexpectedly and just started cutting the grass with all the grass shavings flying into the pool we were using. I did expect someone to come and cut the grass Thursday or Friday. However, this was Saturday afternoon and to top it all off,the last night last night we lost power and we did not get power until the following morning. They did, however, send out a technician however, the gentleman had let us know. He was only there to flip the breakers and he was not a technician. So at this point, it’s now 2 AM. He gets there and tell us I don’t know why you don’t have power and there’s nothing I can really do for you. There’s no power outages in the area so we don’t know what’s going on.

My issues were with communication/check in and household items/trash/recyling. If you don’t need an early check in and Vacasa stocks the house properly, provides guidance on the trash/recycling and fixes the access to the bathroom for outside…. This place would be a total win.

The house was beautiful and it was great to have the extra unit above the garage available.

This property was perfect for our large extended family. Tons of room and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Every bedroom has it’s own bathroom. Second fridge/freezer and pantry space were perfect for our large group. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some plus we could all sit around the dining room table. Covered back patio, pool area, and fenced in yard provided amazing outdoor space (whoever added the bathroom accessible from the back patio/pool area is a genius). Easy drive to the beach. Check-in was a breeze and super responsive communications. The house was even fully handicap accessible with a front ramp and first floor handicap bathroom. Already planning our next trip back!

The house was immaculate and smelled fantastic upon arrival. Descriptions do NOT do justice to the size of this place. PLENTY of room for all of us. Each room has its own bath and all are equally nice rooms! Two of the rooms are on the first floor nice for those with physical issues and also for those who come and go earlier than the rest. The covered porch and pool were used the most by one and all. We had the two garage apartments, too, and both were very nice! Plenty of room for all 6 of our cars - and then some! We will DEFINITELY be staying again! Just a perfect place!

The pool was the meeting place for all family members. Everyone enjoyed relaxing there.

Suites for family with young kids, dog friendky

We rented the large house and the smaller 2 condo type units for our multi-generational family. This worked out perfectly and although there were MANY issues along the way; we kept in touch with VACASA who made things right for us. Do NOT expect a billiards table, I have asked them to remove this from their listing. The pool is small, but that's ok; we had a family of 14 and could all swim in it; which is all that matters. It's not like we went to the beach to run relays in the pool! The location was perfect as we spent our beach days at Henlopen and Rehobeth and took the Ferry to Cape May as well, it's that conveniently located. There are NO personal touches to this home, NONE! If going, don't expect the typical helpful tourist tips, local favorite restaurants to hit up or anything like that. You don't even get much help with where the garbage cans go (we put them right out beside the drive, which was the correct answer). Our family had a perfect week and that's all one can hope for on their vacation. The amenities at this home are perfect though, there is plenty of room for a large group of people to be together if you want, or have some alone time if you want that as well!!!

The homes were beautiful and spacious. Heated pool was amazing and ready for us even though the temperatures outside were cooler. Did not find the pool table.
