Rehoboth Beach Getaway - Quiet Neighborhood Near Silver Lake Linens Included

Very clean with comfortable bedding. The owner was very kind and we left some kids toys which she even contacted us about and offered to mail back. Everything was well organized including instructions and it was very easy to communicate with the host. It was a perfect location for a winter visit with a lot accessible and nearby for our kids!

Lovely place to stay and Jill was a great host with great communication. I would rent from her again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy even though we didn’t arrive until 10pm. Plenty of equipment provided including a selection of games, outside seating and bbq. Could have done with a starter pack of washing machine pods. Beach towels and other beach equipment most welcome. Slightly awkwardly positioned due to being in a dead-end meaning any car travel required joining the main (and very busy) highway. However the dead-end gave us a mainly traffic free road to walk down to the children’s playground and lake. Fabulous space in the family room with lots of natural light through the vast windows and high ceilings. Beds ok but a little creaky. Showers and taps a bit slow to heat with adequate but not particularly strong pressure. Great WiFi connection and smart TV. .Very clean throughout. Overall, very happy with our stay and would come again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! Check-in process was very easy, and the host was very helpful and responsive. The house is clean and airy with a well-appointed kitchen and a gorgeous screened-in front porch. The walk to the beach is easy and only takes about 20 minutes. Great for families!

Beautiful home that met all of our vacation needs! The location was perfect, just an easy bike ride to downtown Rehoboth and 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Jill and her family were amazing and were always available to answer questions. Highly recommend!!

We had a fabulous stay. The house was exactly as pictured with everything we could have needed. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach and an easy drive into town. We would definitely stay again!

This home was a wonderful place to stay for our long weekend trip to Rehobeth. Our group of seven had everything we needed for our time there! The property isn’t an excellent location and very walkable to the best parts of town and most importantly the beach!

Had a great stay at this lovely house. Very clean and modern with all the necessities. Jill, the owner, was always available and replied within minutes. There were board games and puzzles available for the kids and plenty of bathrooms for the extended family. A bit of a walk to the boardwalk but a pleasant one. A quick drive over if you're carrying things. Thank you Jill for the wonderful stay!

Jill's home was absolutely immaculate and filled with all the amenities that a family would need. The seaside decor adds charm, the sunlight pours in, the outdoor porch and firepit area are perfect to unwind, the kitchen/living area is spacious to spread out for a large group. The kitchen is modern and has all of the items you need to cook/provide for a group. Jill was a thoughtful host with a basket of goodies upon arrival. All of the rooms have dressers and comfortable beds. Other homes in Rehoboth don't always provide sheets/bedding but Jill does, as well as bath and beach towels. The neighborhood is quiet and a very quick drive to the downtown and boardwalk. Our family will absolutely return to this home. You will love to stay here!

House was very clean. Great open space, well stocked with kitchen supplies. 4 solid bedrooms. Nice outdoor space and shower. Strip and beach is more of a drive than a walk, but very easy to get close to beach parking (5 minutes).

This is a lovely place!! So well appointed and well maintained. Lots of open space inside to allow people to be together comfortably and the kitchen is fully stocked and a dream to work in. Beach towels and chairs are terrific and the outside patio is delightful! You couldn't ask for more!!

The property is located in a very convenient location. 29 minutes walk to the beach . The house is fully equipped with everything a family of 8 needs . All of the kitchen equipments and appliances are in great condition. I really appreciate how clean everything is . This house is sunny and bright, with a fenced in porch area , I sat there for morning coffee and evening tea. I will recommend it for anyone who don’t mind a 20 minutes walk to the beach.
