Stayed Aug 4, 2025The house was amazing. Very spacious. Very clean. Super close to everything. Short drive to the beach/boardwalk. Short drive to outlet and dining. My kids can't stop stalking about going back next year. Absolutely 10 out of 10 for me!

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Very spacious and modern Loft conveniently located about 7 minutes from Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. Management was accommodating, respectful and non invasive. Fair rates and seamless booking, check in and check out process. Would book again.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Absolutely loved the rental. It has plenty of space for everyone. Huge bedroom on entry level then two bedrooms side by side on the middle level and a large primary suite on the upper level with a large spacious bathroom. Each floor had its own full bath. Very nicely updated Loft with cozy furnishings and fully equipped kitchen. Rental management was fully accommodating and courteous and non invasive. Would rent again and again. Flawless rental experience, could not have been any smoother. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 2, 2025The property was as advertised, clean and modern inside and quite close to the beach. It’s about a 35 minute walk (8 minute drive) to the boardwalk and maybe a 15 minute walk to the rehobeth shops. It’s a 2-minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and the outlet mall. It’s also worth noting that if you plan to go to Cape Henlopen or Lewes, it’s really well situated for driving to both rehobeth and the other beaches. It’s also nice the place comes with a covered garage for 1 car and 2 additional assigned parking spots (with a few more guest spots). Finally, the 2 outdoor decks are fun and make for a few separate areas to hang out at. Overall really spacious, well maintained house for a weekend beach getaway.
