Rehoboth Beach Condo

Our stay here was perfect! The owner was great at communicating and even messaged us to let us know we could get in a little earlier which was much appreciated. The home was spacious and the location was perfect for walking to the restaurants and shops on Rehoboth Ave. We especially enjoyed the fact that the pool was right across the street. It was great to have a view of the canal from the rear decks. If you stay here be sure to check out the Tuesday morning farmers market in the park right across the canal!

The house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room and it was clean. Great location. Also, the host was very helpful.

The condo is nice. There is a bedroom with a bathroom on 1st floor, the 2nd floor is the main level, 3 bedrooms on 3rd floor with 2 twin rooms that share a bathroom and a queen with a bathroom. The 4th floor is a king master suite with a master bathroom. The pool is about 90 feet away. Its quiet! If you like to walk , you can walk to the boardwalk in about 15 minutes.

The house was very large. The kitchen had everything you need! Great pool and easy check in. The owner gave us an earlier check in due to the cleaners were done. We weren’t expecting that but worked out great! We did arrive about an hour earlier and was able to get in the house after 4-5 hours of traveling with small kids was a relief for sure. My older grandson’s really enjoyed the bikes and nice walking trails. Perfect location!

Enjoyed my stay here with my family for the week. We liked the location, only about a twenty minute walk to the beach and some restaurants even closer. There was plenty of space for five adults (some of us were doing remote work too!!) kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

Positives: Location is great. You can walk to downtown Rehoboth easily. It's away from the crowded streets when you want that. Space is great: with five bedrooms on 4 floors, there is plenty of room for a large group and for folks to have privacy. The owners are very nice: we got a call before we arrived. While there, one of the balcony doors wasn't sliding and the owner was quick to reply. Negatives: cleaning was a little lacking on arrival. Bathroom floors, bath mats and area rugs needed more cleaning. Furniture updates needed: one of the twin bedrooms doesn't have a dresser; the other twin bedroom had a very beat-up dresser. The house could use a coat of paint.
