1. **Booking and Payment**: Guests must adhere to the booking terms and payment schedule outlined in the rental agreement. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the reservation.

2. **Check-in and Check-out Times**: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

3. **Maximum Occupancy**: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. This limit includes adults and children. Overcrowding is not permitted for safety and comfort reasons.

4. **No Smoking Policy**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. Guests may smoke outdoors in designated smoking areas, ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts in provided receptacles.

5. **No Pets Policy**: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless explicitly permitted in advance and specified in the rental agreement. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and forfeiture of the security deposit.

6. **Noise Restrictions**: Quiet hours are in effect from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, guests must keep noise levels to a minimum to respect the peace and privacy of neighbors. Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated at any time.

7. **Respect for Property and Neighbors**: Guests are expected to treat the rental property and its surroundings with care and respect. Any damage or loss caused by guests will be their responsibility and may result in additional charges.

8. **Security and Safety**: For the safety and security of all guests, please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property unattended. Report any suspicious activity or maintenance issues to the property manager promptly.

9. **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Upon check-out, please dispose of trash properly, load and start the dishwasher (if applicable), and leave the property in a tidy condition. Excessive cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning fees.

10. **Parking**: Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage or driveway. Please respect any parking regulations or restrictions in the area.

    We are a group of 6 lake living neighbors from Michigan, so enjoying sunshine and the outdoor pool area was awesome. The home is even better than the pictures and the management team was a pleasure to work with. The house is spotless and in great working condition, kudos to the cleaning and maintenance staff..Highly recommend!!!

    My family and I loved this property! Everything is as advertised in the pics, all of the amenities were in good working order, and the location next to the marina is a plus. Molly, the property manager, was very accessible whether we called or texted and answered any questions immediately. Thanks for the great vacation!

    Tropical Paradise is a beautiful home in a wonderful location with a great view of the canal. It has all the amenities we could ask for and an easy walk to Cape Harbour Marina. Highly Recommend it!

    This property is gorgeous! David made things very easy for us from check in to giving us ideas on shopping, restaurants and things to do. At the property you have a beautiful 3 bedroom 4 bath multi level beautifully furnished and decorated home inside. Outside is breath taking with multi level decks with different seating spaces, a nice outdoor kitchen with fridge grill and sink and bar. Of course the pool and hot tub are the main event, at least it was for us. We had beautiful weather the entire week we were there, so we spent a good share of our time outside in the pool and just relaxing soaking up the sun. The view is incredible looking out over the water. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this place and David the owner and host. Highly recommend. Thank You

    Owner was very responsive to all our questions. The property was awesome and was very spacious, clean for the 4 adults in our party. We picked it for the outside amenities and location to Cape Coral Harbour and neither disappointed. The only negative was the homes are close together and there was a noisy late night neighbor. Would definitely stay here again.

    The pictures don’t do this property justice. It was spacious with many amenities. It was close to beaches and many other places. It is in a nice neighborhood and David was great at communicating. We would absolutely stay here again!
