Stayed May 22, 2025We recently stayed at this vacation home and were very pleased with the property itself. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area—perfect for our trip. However, our experience with the management company left something to be desired. Upon arrival, we found there were few of the basic amenities you come to expect when renting a house on 30A, ie no extra trash bags, salt/pepper, etc. This was definitely inconvenient but nothing we couldn’t solve on our own. These are items that are not promised, but makes it more convenient esp when paying 30A prices. Additionally, a package I had delivered to the management office ( Per their instructions) on the day of our arrival was not brought to the house as promised, despite multiple reminders. While the home itself was lovely, the management company was not very responsive or effective in addressing our needs. If the management improves, this would is an ideal place to stay.

Stayed May 3, 2025This house is well setup with plenty of space for a large group/family. The kitchen/ living area offers many seating options and in addition you have the screened porch. The kitchen is well equipped and the outside bbq is a great addition if you like to cook at the house.The large backyard has many options to entertain any age group. The house is a short walk to the beach (we preferred the Ramsgate beach access). We'll definitely keep this property on our list.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After our first rental was canceled last minute due to a flood, Benchmark accommodated my group with a similar rental with a discount. All-in-all it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Amenities were as advertised and the house was very clean and well maintained. Definitely needs blinds in the downstairs bathroom and master bedroom but otherwise it's a great place to stay

The condition, the porch overlooking the was a joy to stay here. There were ants around the cabana area that we had to contend with...and the internet didn't reach much of the 2nd and 3rd floors...but, we were very happy with the experience overall. I would recommend this house and Benchmark Management without hesitation.
