Reel Comfort Cabin ~ on the Little Red River

SO honest review....sorry Ivy Vacations.....Text not correct on WIFI. Finally received the correct password after multiple attempts. Almost could not buy fishing license which was the reason for going. The place does resemble photos, the cooking utensils could use updating. Pots and pans were not good at all. We made due by going and purchasing what we needed to boil some pasta for dinner? Overall, the back screened in patio was a bit dingy, but, it did resemble the photo. The dock was great to put put our boat in the slip and utilize. Lights would also benefit the dock and stairs. Unit was clean except for a few bugs, but it is next to a river. We left it spotless and clean.

Great place!! We had 6 adults staying in the house and it was incredibly comfortable. The screened in porch was so amazing and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Close enough to town for a quick grocery run, and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. Definitely would stay again!

Had a great screened in back porch one afternoon enjoyed sitting watching the rain. Best fishing off dock was in the evening when the water was generating. Difficult to get the boat in and out a circle drive would be better. We enjoyed our stay.

Property felt like you were at home. Nice covered parking great set up. Huge back pork and nice dock area.

We had a great time in this cabin, everything was great and very clean. we had zero problems but if we did the staff with ivy vacations is awesome and very responsive, they made the whole trip well worth the stay and we will definitely be coming back.

the Cabin was just right: Good Views, nice dock, nice fireplace and wood was provided! Even saw an Eagle fly by. Went into town and shopped and at at the Tea Room, which has great food! Plan to try to stay here again in a few months.

This spot was so serene yet close to town. 10min from our marina, 10min to grocery & a few spots to eat. We loved, loved the dock and the house was extremely comfortable. We will be back!

Pretty place with great deck and boat dock. Pretty quiet and very, very comfortable. Dinner and cooking ware were excellent. We would have like some more tablestanding lamps, but that was the only kvetch!

it was a beautiful property and house, but the listing says it can handle 9 people but we had 4 adults and 1 child and it worked for us. There was not enough room for another adult unless you wanted to sleep on a sofa. other than that, it was an amazing stay in the beautiful Ozarks.

This was the perfect cabin for our weekend getaway on the Little Red River. The dock was perfect for fishing. The beds were comfortable. The space was clean and well decorated. We definitely plan to return!

The cabin was very clean and comfortable for the weekend! Great place to relax with fabulous air conditioning! Amazing screened in back porch and beautiful views! Can you replace the screen on the one door that is busted out on the back porch??? It would make all the difference for fighting off mosquitoes.

The cabin was wonderfully decorated. I loved the poem about the owner when we walked in the door. The host was incredibly friendly and worked with us on a late check in. We went in the winter, and the fireplace was perfect. The summer would be fantastic because of the back porch. I love to cook, so if you plan a meal needing a casserole dish/anything more than skilletpan, you need to bring it. Also, the beds are a little hard in the body, but some people like the stiffer side. I think it would make a fun girls get away. All in all, we had a relaxing weekend!

This place was serenely quiet, despite the neighbors on either side. The natural environment made it seem as if we were miles from anyone, yet we were not. The staff at Ivy Vacations did a great job facilitating a great stay with their advance Phone call before our arrival and then promptly addressing a minor issue involving the cable tv during our stay. (Btw, the maintenance person -Sam - arrived quickly and sorted things out quickly.). The property is nicely appointed, albeit somewhat dated. The photos on the website provide an accurate depiction. We had everything we needed for our stay. We have marked this property for another stay during our annual visits to this area. My husband and I highly commend the folks at Ivy Vacations and this property in particular!

We loved our stay here and would definitely do it again! We loved the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of the home and the convenience it offered to restaurants, stores, and boat launches.

Loved the screened in porch. Perfect distance to get to Greer's Ferry Lake for boat rental, overall a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would return!

Wasn't able to stay at the Red River Trout Dock since it was overbooked and this presented as an even better option! Great place on the water.
