Guerneville walk to town~Local Beach Kayaks included~Hot tub~Outdoor Bar~

We had a great time in Guerneville! We made great use of the kitchen and patio space, and the host was very responsive and helpful!

Great place to hang out with old friends in the lounge and garden area plus close river access for the kayakers!

We had an awesome stay at this wonderful home. The pictures don’t do it justice. Spacious relaxing interior, great decor inside and out, luxury quality mattresses in all bedrooms, jetted tub in master bath as well as outdoor hot tub (complete with robes), nearby private beach, all the beach gear you could ask for and so much more, including a washer and dryer. Very quiet area tucked into the redwoods and felt very private yet only a mile from Guerneville. Fully equipped kitchen and coffee/tea bar. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Great that they also have an EV charger. Our party consisted of 4 adults, but they have everything to make this a great family getaway. We really hated to leave, but I’m sure we’ll return again.

Great fun. Perfect location just a short walk to the river. Everything you need for cooking in a great kitchen, river activity supplies and lots of games for a fun time. All we had to bring was ourselves and food! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you

The property is amazing… So much charm, gorgeous trees, comfy beds, they thought about everything :-) we did not get to use the hot tub or the corn hole this time around, but we plan to when we visit again! We absolutely loved our stay, the only thing that would make this place more perfect is if it were on the river and walking distance to town. Highly recommend.

We needed a quick getaway during some unplanned house construction and Caitlin’s place was a perfect solution! She was so helpful in every way! Looking forward to another visit in the future.

This property was amazing! We were 3 adults and 4 kids ages 10 - 14 and everyone had a great time. The house is well equipped with not only a fully stocked kitchen, but also board games and even a dart board on the fabulous back patio. The beach is 5 minute walk away, and even on a holiday weekend not very crowded - and because it's a neighborhood beach, everyone is super friendly. We grabbed some inflatable floaties and kayak paddes to use with our paddelboards and walked down every day with our picnic. Fantastic day! Then spent our evenings playing board games (there's a good selection if you dont' bring your own!) and letting the kids watch movies while we enjoyed wine on the patio. Also, the host was very responsive and welcoming. Great stay!

Everything in the home was top quality, the outdoor bar area was perfect to share with friends and family. Close to the river and equipped with everything you need. I didn’t want to leave!!!

We had a great stay at Caitlin’s home in Guerneville. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable and the whole house had great vibes as well as all the cooking appliances you could need for a group. We really enjoyed the back patio and easy access to the water. We hope to be back soon!
