We recently stayed at The Quads and had a fantastic time! The property was a cozy atmosphere for our family. Although we encountered a couple of small issues, the communication with our host was excellent. They were quick to address our concerns, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, despite the minor hiccups, we had a positive experience and would highly recommend!

This was a fabulous property for us. Comfortable and easy to get to. We met family from NY and I was able to cook and spend precious time together again comfortably. Look forward to coming back.

Very comfortable, easy to get to, close to Windham, and cozy. We loved our stay. We were I. The area to ski Windham for three days; this made for a great base camp. Natalia was very easy to talk with and provided great info about the area, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend this rental if you’re in the area.

It’s a great location for skiing. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. The laundry isn’t inside the rental, so take note of that. You must go to the pool house for laundry. We would definitely come back to this rental.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay. Our kids really enjoyed the time here, and we were happy to find a helpful binder with things to do and great suggestions for places to eat. The hosts were eager to make sure we were happy and checked in on us throughout our stay, which made us feel well cared for. We’ve already decided we’ll be returning next year!

Cute place, good location. It’s a bit older and more tired than the pictures appear. Some lamps in the rooms and a few cosmetic updates would be super helpful. The freezer/ fridge was falling apart and there was a yucky smell in the kitchen. We were also super short on towels. The amenities on the property are great though as well as the location! The property managers were very communicative and responsive though!

This is the second time going there! I and my family love the place We have everything we need. The house has very nice views and also you no need to bring anything to cook all the utensils the house offers for you only you need to buy the food. The place is so calm always I enjoy it! Natalia and her husband Mike are very nice persons. They answers your calls or texts very quickly.Thank you Natalia and Mike!!! I hope I can returns next summer or maybe on winter

The communication with hosts was excellent. Property clean. Everything well-maintained and carpet seemed brand new. Convenient location. We loved a few days of hiking and will be back in the future!

The property was conveniently close to Windham. Some parts of the home weren't as clean as the others. The word spacious was used often in the description. I think if more than 4 people plan to stay it will be a tight fit. For example, the kitchen table only has 4 seats, and it occupies a good portion of the available kitchen space. The hosts communicated well and provided a binder with helpful information, rules, and etc...

The place was beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was so nice and clean you don’t need to bring anything for cooking all the appliances are there. It was my first time booking in Vrbo so I was a little nervous but Natalia (text) was there for any questions I had. I appreciate her patience with me. The people around there were so nice too. The part I love the most is when I woke up every day and saw the Mountain through my window. My family and I we really enjoy everything there. Thank you Natalia for all your help! My family had a great stay at the Redwood Retreat in Windham. The home is very peaceful, with excellent air conditioning and a kitchen with everything you need. Our host Natalia was a great communicator. The pool is really clean and we had the whole pool to ourselves when we used it. This is a great place to stay in Windham.

The hosts were absolutely fantastic. Property was clean, they had lots of towels and bedding. A really nice touch is that they messaged us around check in time to make sure we got in okay. They were fast to respond and provided super clear instructions for check in and check out. The location was a perfect distance to Windham ski club. We didn’t have time to play tennis but the hosts offer tennis rackets and balls for the condo tennis courts. Overall a really great property, no complaints!

Enjoyed cooking and relaxing at home, as well the local activities like Windham Path and the restaurant recommendations Natalia and Matt leave for guests. About 1 month ago we decided to go to the Catskills for Memorial. We come from the city so we needed a big dose of outdoors. Knowing our lack of exposure to nature we chose place not too far from “civilization” and did not want an isolated single house. The condo was a perfect choice for us. It’s located on a large property with many other condos, access to a pool and 2 tennis courts. I personally would have loved more of a private outdoor space (the balcony is pretty small and rudimentary) but the location is absolutely perfect to go hiking, have dinner in town or spend the day at the lake. I can imagine it being built more to access winter sport activities but it’s still a good destination in the spring/summer. The property is clean and extremely well furnished with plenty of pillows, blankets and towels for everyone. They also supply enough toilet paper and basic kitchen supplies. It sleeps 5 comfortably and the 2 bathrooms are small but very practical. Just one comment: make sure to bring sleeping masks if you like to sleep in the dark; There are large skylights in each bedroom. The internet is a lifesaver as there is barely any phone service anywhere in Windham. I would definitely recommend booking this property. Natalia is a wonderful and very responsive host.
