Stayed Nov 4, 2024Stayed here two nights on a short trip for my Birthday. House was clean, hot tub was hot, and we were able to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. A short drive to almost everything in Denver.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024The place smelled of stale weed. Not very clean. Not a good neighborhood. Located on a busy street, hard to sleep with single pane windows and excessive traffic. Cheap wore out furniture. Propane is not included with the gas grill. Not all jets worked in hot tub. The house rules are a bit excessive, to the point I'm not sure legal. For the price, not the worst place to stay. Apartment looks a lot better in the pictures

Stayed Aug 5, 2024The location was perfect, no more than 20 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go (including Red Rocks) and so close to Sloan Lake. This was our first time at a 420-friendly property so that was great. The place is as-advertised and well equipped with soap, towels, kitchen ware, etc. The hosts were incredible - all instructions were easy and when we had an issue with internet late on a weekend night, they worked for over an hour to troubleshoot with the cable company. I would stay with KushKations again based on service alone!
