Welcome to “Redemption” - our 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bathroom home with rooftop spa and Gulf views in Inlet Beach.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

This newly-finished home has been exquisitely designed and impeccably outfitted to offer the most luxurious vacation experience that Inlet Beach has to offer. This 4,000 sq. ft home is laid out over four floors.

1st Floor - Redemption's entryway boasts a triple height ceiling that presents a glimpse into the floors above, while also offering a seating area. Straight ahead you'll pass through to the game room, complete with a Polycade arcade machine (with classics like Asteroids and Centipede), a shuffleboard table, a foosball table, and access to the home's backyard area. The game room is complimented by a wet bar and mini fridge. The first floor also offers a full bathroom adjacent to a queen bedroom with private back porch access and walk-in closet. Continuing down the hallway you'll pass Redemption's custom bunk room with four twin beds.

2nd Floor - Whether using the stairs or the home's elevator, Redemption's living and dining room area are second to none. The Living room comes with lavish seating options for eight guests that coalesce around the home's fireplace and large living room TV. The dining area comfortably seats eight - combined with seating for four at the breakfast bar, there is ample indoor dining space for all guests. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with brand-new, top of the line appliances throughout, and spares no expense in offering everything you'd need to be able to enjoy home-cooked meals every night. Down the hallway from the kitchen is the laundry room, powder room (look for the gorgeous Moroccan wash basin), and elevator access before entering the 2nd floor king bedroom. These sleeping quarters come with a private en suite containing a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet room and walk-in closet. The room also comes with access to its own private balcony.

3rd Floor - The home's generously-sized main suite is not to be missed - Venetian plaster walls, a vaulted ceiling, and private coffee bar accompany the room's king bed, as well as a walk-in closet and private balcony. The suite's adjoining bathroom includes a separate toilet, a large walk-in shower, and a split double vanity separated by an incredible black soaking tub. Down the hallway from the main suite is the guest suite, which comes with a separate office room, as well as a king bed, private full bathroom, and private balcony.

4th Floor - The home's crowning jewel. Redemption's rooftop is an outdoor oasis - breathtaking views of the Gulf and Inlet Beach's treetop canopy that can be enjoyed from sun loungers, bar seating for four, or from the home's four-person rooftop spa. For convenience, the wet bar area also includes a built-in ice maker and fridge.

LOCATION:

“Redemption” is nestled in the picturesque Grande Pointe neighborhood. The home enjoys an enviable location that's less than a mile to the renowned 30A corridor and only half a mile from the beach. Explore the trails and rich history of Camp Helen State Park, which borders the community, and take advantage of the community dock and pool overlooking Lake Powell. Revel in the serenity of the surroundings paired with the convenience of nearby amenities. Upscale shopping and dining at 30Avenue are in close proximity, while popular grocery stores and entertainment options at Pier Park are just a brief drive away. The property is conveniently situated, with Panama City Airport (ECP) reachable within a mere 20-minute drive. The newly-constructed underpass at the corner of the 30A and Highway 98 has now officially opened, allowing easy bike/pedestrian access to the beach.

The home provides a brand-new, six-seater electric golf cart, blazing fast 1GB internet, four adult beach cruisers, an attachable bike baby carrier, plenty of beach gear (a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, games, etc.), towels (including beach towels), board games, fresh linens, a pack-n-play, high chair, cutlery, cooking utensils, premium streaming through FuboTV, and parking for two vehicles on the home's private driveway. You'll have access to a full-size laundry room, and all bedrooms come with large flat-screen smart TVs and a private porch/balcony.

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.

The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.

Only persons over the age of 21 who have signed the golf cart liability waiver are permitted to operate the home's golf cart.

Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.

Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.

No items may be attached or hung from the walls. This home's walls are venetian plaster, and as such are delicate, easily damaged with tape or other types of adhesive, and costly to repair.

Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.

    Redemption was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed every part of this amazing home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and we grilled some fajitas on the Weber Grill on the patio. They turned out incredible! And the roof top spa was a huge hit and our adult kids enjoyed the hot tub every evening. And can't forget the 'Moke' SO FUN! The perfect ride to the beach for sure!! Will definitely return to this gem!?️☀️

    Very comfortable house. Kitchen was the best equipped that I've had at a STR. Finishes in all the bedrooms are very pleasant. The host kept me well informed and had clear instructions for every need, although not as accommodating has others I've experienced. This house doesn't have direct beach access. You need to cross a highway 98, and park at the public beach area. Twice, we couldn't find parking. So, plan ahead.

    By far the best place we have ever rented! Everything was perfect from the cleanliness, to the nice finishes. This home is designed as if it's someone's home, not a vacation rental. The rooftop was by far the best part! You do also get some ocean view from the third floor as well but that rooftop was superb! I wish I lived here full time but I'll settle for a return visit one day!

    We really enjoyed our stay here at this house. It was clean and had everything you needed. Extremely kid friendly and the grill was awesome!!! We will def be staying here again if we vacation in the area again. Property team was very informative and quick to respond!

    The house was wonderful. It was roomy, comfortable and clean. Property Management was vey attentive to our needs. They provided everything we needed for the beach from boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, ice chest. The Moke was really a bonus to have. Really fun to drive. The ocean view from top deck was beautiful. We will definitely be booking the house again
