Red Riviera is a brand-new condo located in Escondido at Sienna Hills. With its open-concept main floor, it's a great place to spend family time! You'll find a large well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals. In the living area is a large sectional in front of a cozy fireplace. There is laundry conveniently located in the condo for your use. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with a private en-suite. The guest bedroom and bunk room share a bathroom also located upstairs. Downstairs is asmall kid's area with fun toys to entertain! Off the main living area downstairs is a patio with seating, perfect for relaxing in the evenings or whenever you want some fresh air!

You will have access to the pickleball court and the community pool is now open!

Parking: The home has a small garage with a plug for an EV charger. (Bring your own cord) Additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community within walking distance. If bringing an ATV trailer, they can be parked in an open parking space but must be un-hitched from the support vehicle. There are extra long parking spaces located on one side of the community for Trailers and RVs.

    It was such a comfortable base for our adventure. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool is also amazing!

    The location is perfect. The home is tastefully decorated and has all (and more) of the amenities you would expect. Great walking trails and just minutes from everything. Plenty of space for everyone and everything. Having access to the garage and visitor parking so close really is a big advantage. A lot of places don't grant you that convenience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, seating, and very clean. The entire layout lets you relax and enjoy those that are with you. The PM group was so easy to work with. That was refreshing! A lot of places are just in it for the money. They really did think of everything, a lot of little things that most owners and PM's miss, they got it right. This is perfect for a family get away! We will be back and back. Hopefully we won't block others from enjoying such an amazing experience. Book this early as we discovered. It's really is one of the few places we feel we got our money's worth and more!

    We came to St George for a wedding and loved our stay at Red Riviera. House was well stocked, very clean and the check in/out process was seamless. Communication was great with staff. We would definitely stay again! A pool would have been great although it’s being built now. We also wish we would have had access to pickle ball paddles and ball to utilize the courts.

    Loved everything about this place. The beds were nice, the location was conveniently located to many restaurants, grocery stores, recreational areas and only 10 minutes from historic downtown St. George. Looking to rent this place again when football season starts in the fall.

    Everything was as expected. The garage was a tight fit for our car but still worked. The place was comfortable and clean.
