Red Door Cottage Cozy with New Renovations to this Midtown Charmer

Great cottage in a great location. Quiet and calming, but just moments away from activities, food and more.

This is a very comfortable and easy rental. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are clean. We felt safe in the neighborhood and truly enjoyed our weekend in Memphis. Thank you.

The cottage was in an excellent location, clean and well appointed. We were aware we shared parking areas with the tenant on location but unaware we shared laundry facilities until I asked the day before weleft. The laundry facility was in use by the tenant most of the weekend. I just think the description could be more precise in that regard.

The house is darling! Some food savers and more mixing bowls would be nice. Great pots and pans. The neighbors have barking dogs, but they are not outside all the time. As darling as the house is, the electrical outlets in the living room and dining room are only 2-prong outlets and not upgraded like the rest of the house. If you have a laptop, you have to charge it in a bedroom. This was a significant disadvantage for us.

The house was darling.

We came into town for a soccer tournament and the red door footage was very convenient. The house is lovely and in a nice location to walk about. Whatever you fancy you will find you are not to far from. The outlander coffee is then a 10 minute walk and makes a nice latte .

The cottage was perfect for my Dad and I. The bedrooms are super cosy. The livingroom was perfect for my Dad to watch TV at night and the kitchen was spotlessly clean.

Nice and quiet place. Ben always responded right away when I sent a message. Easy to get to all sites. Will stay again if back in Memphis.

Always try to stay at this host homes. Very consistent, great stay!

We loved the house. Great location as you can walk to nearby Overton Square, CVS, Fresh Market, and several restaurants. It was an easy drive to Rhodes College (5 min). The house had olenty of space and was decorated nicely. Bed was comfortable, as was the sofa and seating area. We enjoyed sitting on the porch sipping our morning coffee. Check in was very easy.

Very clean and cozy

Beautiful home- very comfortable and relaxing. Lots of amenities too. Great location with easy access and to Universities, restaurants and the great neighborhoods of Memphis.

Needs repairs, AC does not work, host was quick to reply. Extremely slow to be effective. Left personal belongings behind and host will not return personal property.

Great little place in midtown Memphis, would stay again!

We booked this rental last minute when our other one cancelled on us and it was a perfect location. Having two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was ideal for me and my adult son. Because we were a last minute reservation there was a glitch and the unit had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Ben was quick to respond and came to change linens etc while we went out for a bit. It was comfortable, AC worked great and having a washer and dryer if needed is a bonus.

The house was comfortable and spacious. The location is great; easy walk to Overton Square, very close to Cooper Young, and also an easy drive downtown. Would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable, everything works, nice big washer/dryer, convenient and safe off street parking. We are repeat tenants and will stay again

Clean, comfortable, easy, safe. All appliances new and work well. Great off street parking. We’ll come again!

Property was great, fantastic location,
