Other Things to Note:
• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 10 PM - 8 AM.
• Only park in the designated areas.
• To minimize odors and the risk of vermin, all trash must be sanitarily stored inside apartments and regularly moved to communal trash cans.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
• No parties, events and smoking allowed.
• We only allow 2 pets (Dogs Only).
• No glass by the pool.
• We require all guests to be at least 21 years of age when they book or stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.
• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Please be advised that a 30-night stay required $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night. Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI GPS Portal powered by Charge Automation prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
• I give permission to PMI - Gulf property Solutions to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by Gulf Property Management. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
