Recently updated Colonial with WiFi, private washer/dryer, firepit & large yard

Nicely located and quite comfortable.

The hot tub was dirty. We got a rash from it. The light bulbs in some of the rooms were out. The pantry needed cleaning out.

The management company Vacass managed the property we stayed in. Overall the property is well enough maintained. However there are things around the property that needs to be tend to. Missing AC remote, broken TV remote, leaking dishwasher, broken blinds, and etc..

The house was in a great location, close to West Dennis Beach. However the kitchen was pretty poorly stocked with old kitchen equipment. For a house that sleeps that many there should be more than 2 small frying pans and 2 pots. Most of the kitchen equipment was dirty and had to be washed prior to use.

I recently stayed at the Cape Cod Playhouse and the house was as advertised. Great yard with a clean hot tub fully functioning grill and fire pit. The house is a short drive to the beaches and local bars. Home sits in a quiet neighborhood for a peaceful stay.

Centrally located and easy access to most anywhere in Yarmouth. Easy to get to Hyannis and beaches. Loved the property and yard. Hot tub was nice but could use a good cleaning. We enjoyed our stay here. Thx.

House was fine, maybe not the cleanest! Location and WiFi were incredible.

Everything was great hot tub was nice only thong was bedroom 2 did not have a tv so we had to watch tv on livingroom amd sleep in there

Loved the yard and fire pit. Lots of space! Very clean. Many bathrooms. Would definitely rent again!

The house was very clean! We had plenty of room for a quick girls getaway. The house was about a 4 minutes drive to the beach which was great and also close to grocery stores. We had an issue with the toilet not working and within a couple hours someone was there to fix it. However, I found throughout this whole booking that the communication was very hard through the company & was again when we needed to report something broken. We were told all different answers each time we emailed with a question so we didn't know what to expect. Overall though, house was clean and just as pictured. Would definitely go again!

Great yard, but property was not well-maintained or updated. They hadn’t really cleaned or reset after winter, so things were grubby and disorganized, and the patio was also a mess. The living room and kitchen have some updates, but everything else including bedding, kitchen tools, etc. is old. If they give it a fresh cleaning and update the necessities, it would be more enjoyable for a family stay.

House was ok. Older home but renovated and the decor is nicely done. Had an older home smell when we got there but we opened windows and it was fine the rest of the weekend. Hot tub was nice. Beds were very stiff and uncomfortable/noisy, that was the only negative. Parking space is very small. Not sure how it can be advertised as 8 people in the house but you’re only allowed 2 cars.
