House was perfect in a quiet community not far from downtown

This house is great! The house was very clean. The bedrooms were quite comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was well equiped for cooking and the sub zero refridgerator was large enough to keep all of our supplies for the week. The short walk to the beach was great for my mom, who just turned 88! The owners prompt response to our questions was appreciated. The fresh flowers on the table and bottle of wine made us feel very welcome! We would absolutely rent this house again!Susan Traxler

The house fit our needs perfectly! We had gathered for a family Thanksgiving and an early celebration of my 70th birthday! Everyone had their own room and bathroom, which was a major plus, the beach was just steps away from the house, and we got to relive some great family memories from when we vacation at Bethany Beach when my children were little. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were really comfortable, and we even got to enjoy the outside deck as we had a 70 day in late, November! I would highly recommend this home for anyone who’s looking for a great location to explore all that is the Delmarva Peninsula.

super clean, spacious beach house / conveniently 200 yards from the ocean - very comfortable thru-out -and well appointed/ the owner/host Victor is very accommodating thru the process. Our group of 8 had a relaxing stay and enjoyed all that Bethany has to offer - conveniently located to the OC, Fenwick, Dewey and Rehobeth - 10 out of 10!

This house suited our group of 14 extremely well, the rooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. The living areas accommodated us without crowding. We took advantage of all the decks too! Super easy to get to the uncrowded beach as well. Vic, the owner was extremely responsive and even got us a new gas grill when we relayed that the current one was unusable. We would like to go back next year!

We had a wonderful family vacation! The house provided comfortable space for all of us. The proximity to the beach and pool was great. We would happily return to this house.

Great home, plenty of beds, bathrooms for large extended family. Host was great; great communication very friendly.

Myself and six of my college friends (and spouses) from the class of 1972 all enjoyed our stay very much. The house is in a very quiet and convenient location. The kitchen is very well equipped and the house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a bunch of older folks. We hope to be able to all come back next year. Thanks Vic.

We were looking for a last minute getaway for a few days during spring break and were traveling with four families. This property was amazing! We never felt crowded and the proximity to the beach was excellent. It was not perfect beach weather (still a little chilly in April), but we still had a wonderful time checking out Bethany Beach & Rehoboth. Renting the linens was painless and seems like it is standard for beach properties in the area. The owner was responsive and helpful and we would definitely come back.

We loved the house and the location that was so close to beach and pool. The house was open, airy and very very clean. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary by visiting Lewes St in Fenwick where we were married. Very special memories were made! Thank you.
