Recently Renovated Raleigh Retreat w/ Patio!

This was a great find, and I will definitely stay every time we visit Raleigh. It is a great space that is located minutes to every Raleigh destination you could imagine.Ruby was great and stayed in contact with me the whole time to make sure my family was comfortable and everything was running smooth

The house was okay, but definitely not recently renovated like the listing says. It looked more like a quick landlord makeover than a real update. The main surfaces, beds, counters, etc., were clean, but once you looked a little closer (walls, shelves, corners), it needed a deeper clean.The owner was very responsive, which I appreciate, but honestly, a bit too much. She texted a lot, even right when we arrived, which is how I found out she had been watching through the door camera. She messaged me about my dogs being there, even though I had included them in the reservation. She was nice about it, but the camera thing felt a little weird.The backyard was not great. The grass was mostly dead, lots of weeds, and the deck and fence were falling apart. No way I could leave the dogs out there safely.Even after I checked out, the owner kept texting me. Eventually, I had to block her. She seemed nice, but the constant messages were just too much.Overall, it was fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very clean, everything you would need, dogs loved the back yard, close to everything

This is an excellent home in the North Hills area. Plenty of room for our family of four with comfortable beds. Great backyard that’s private and fenced-in for our dog to play. The location is perfect - close to many shops and restaurants. And the host is the best! Ruby makes sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We will definitely be back!

This house was great, and the property manager was outstanding! Loved everything about my stay. I would definitely rent this house again.

Quick weekend visit to Raleigh in an excellent location

This was the perfect home for our family! We were in town for a wedding. The home was wonderful, comfy beds and several living room areas which was nice. Back yard was great and pet friendly appreciated. Extra nice touches included Coffee bar, waffle maker and blankets/throws for lounging. The hosts were wonderful! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Shelly Park was close by for the playground and fishing. The Marbles and Natural History museums were great rainy day activities. One nite the kids got to chase fireflies. Thank you very much.

Clean and great location

This property is outstanding and the hosts were extremely responsive and delightful to work with. The house met the description 100%. If we were to travel to Raleigh again, we would definitely rent this house. Five stars.*****

The house was very clean and accommodating for our family. We had adults and an infant. It was great for separate spaces as well as dining. The neighborhood is excellent. The host is very responsive and willing to help at any moment if needed.

Myself (53), my husband (54), my brother (51) and my parents (75), stayed 6/9-6/12 to visit with my brother and his wife that have a house in the same neighborhood within walking distance. The house was the perfect set up for our family. The beds were super comfortable, linens were clean and the house was spotless. The split level layout worked out great to spread out. And the private fenced back yard with patio was a great way to enjoy our morning coffee and end of evening nightcap. I’d stay at this property again the next time we plan to visit.
