Stayed Sep 12, 2025Adorable little house that was perfect for a weekend stay! Had everything we needed and was very cozy. Very clean and beds were super comfortable and kitchen was pretty well stocked although we did not do much cooking. There is no dishwasher or garbage disposal, which isn’t a big deal but just something to be aware of. Owner was very responsive in making sure that we were comfortable and we did not have any problems during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Athens.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025The house is extremely well appointed and nicer than what is reflected in pictures. The hosts provided clear and accurate communication.This place is not in walking distance to the UGA campus but we had to rent a car anyway. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to campus.Backyard has amazing facilities - picnic benches, fire pit etc. I would definitely stay here again and will try to for future visits.

Stayed Feb 19, 2025This house was great, we didn't get to use the outside because it was so cold out, but it looked really nice. But the inside met all our needs, so nice this really sets the bar for planning to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel on every trip.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024The house met and exceeded our expectations. It was a cute and clean property. We were 5 ladies that were in town for a women’s conference and the house was perfect. I will stay here again and recommend to anyone else going to the area. The owner Heather was very sweet and quick to respond to any questions. Lovely place!
