Stayed Jul 25, 2025The location is in a very ghetto and run down area. Not a super safe feel, which we had no warning of. On our way the host let us know that the remote to the living room light doesn’t work. She also told us that the AC needs work and doesn’t work as well in the bedrooms as it does in the living room. She only made us aware of these things AS WE WERE DRIVING THERE, NOT BEFORE. So we didn’t even have a chance to cancel with this new information. Very unprofessional.When we arrived, there was a noticeable difference between the air coolness in the front room and the air coolness in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole reason we booked our stay here was to sleep in reliable air conditioning in the Arizona summer heat, so we knew right away that it would not work. Host became very rude after that when asked for a refund because we left and went to a hotel instead. Do not recommend if you are looking for a safe, reliable place and a kind host. Hopefully host can fix the issues before their next guest.
