Recently remodeled Colonial-style home with room for the whole family!

The home was perfect for our needs while finalizing some issues of my father-in-law's estate. We had room gather for meals and found the house very comfortable.

This is the third time we have rented this property. We always enjoy the house and the area.

The home is an adorable colonial just as advertised. It is very clean in an adorable neighborhood. The hosts were helpful and reached out with condolences when they found out we were in town for a funeral. Will stay there again.

Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home. It’s was clean, warm (visited in January), comfortable, and inviting. All we could want was there available to us. Not planning a longer stay was our only regret. The location was also perfect for our needs. We have family in the area and usually stay in a hotel, but we’re looking forward to planning a longer stay and this would be our first choice.

This was our second stay at the Albrecht House in Richmond. We love that there is a nice-sized dining room with larger table in the house - it makes our Thanksgiving celebration the best! Everything was well-appointed and clean. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this lovely house. It was clean, comfortable and everything was exactly as listed. Neighborhood is very nice and convenient to grocery store and Earlham College.

Very disappointed that there was only 1 bedroom with a queen bed on the ground floor. It was my understanding that there was a Master suite on the ground floor as well. However, there were 3 nice bedrooms upstairs but it didn't do me any good. The house itself was very nice and clean. Enjoyed the beautiful yard and landscaping, as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

A very comfortable home for a family stay. The kitchen is well equipped for a family stay. Backyard fire pit is a plus for S’mores. Very quiet neighborhood.

The house was exactly an exactly stated and accommodated our group of eight perfectly. Communication with the owner and his responses were spot on. They definitely stay there again. House has a nice vibe to it.

This is the second time a group of friends have rented this house. It will not disappoint.

We found this home to be very well supplied and clean. It was just the perfect place for us to gather for Thanksgiving. Its very comfy-cozy and in a nice neighborhood. The only thing of note is that the upstairs bathroom fan is noisy and we were not left towel sets for the shower in the downstairs bath. However, since there's a washer and dryer, we just washed towels to fix that. Would highly recommend this home.

Lovely quiet home with pleasant outdoor area

A very fast trip into town for a family wedding. The home was perfect in every way for us. Clean quiet neighborhood. A great well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfy and the host was quick to respond if I had a question. We would definitely atay there again. My entire family loved it.
