Great house great location with excellent amenities

Everything looked EXACTLY like the photos. The house not only smelled amazing, it was clean too. I normally wipe everything down first day, and to my surprise there was no dust, no dirt, and no sand in sight. The sheets and towels were all freshly washed. Great amenities, everything you’d need, they got it! Excellent location! Beach is right around the corner. The backyard is a great hangout spot. My kids spent 90% of the day in the pool. Host is quick to respond and accommodating . Plan to book again soon!

My husband and I LOVED this home The location was perfect, the home was immaculate and so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. The appliances (ie coffee maker, electric tea kettle, espresso machine, washer/dryer, etc) were unexpected high-end touches to the home. The pool and outdoor areas were amazing with comfortable seating and ceiling fans which we truly enjoyed. On a rainy night in, we loved watching a movie on the TV with a great sound bar, sitting on the super comfy couch eating popcorn from Kernel Poppers on St George St (a favorite for us!) The property manager was very friendly and incredibly responsive when we asked a few questions at check out. We will DEFINITELY return to this property. It deserves 5 stars. Thank you!

This property is exceptional. The location is fantastic. steps from the beach and Beachcomber. And you could sit on the fabulous porch all day people watching. But then you might miss the stunning pool. The decor is gorgeous. the property has everything you need and more. I honestly cannot fault it. Our second visit and we'll be back next year, if not sooner.

This is the second year we've stayed here and will look at next year as well. Great home that is open and spacious inside. Love the pool and the front and back porches to sit and relax on. Lots of places nearby to walk or drive to to eat and a few shops nearby as well. Always great and Rex is easy to reach if there are any issues.

From start to finish this place was amazing! The owners were quick to respond and friendly. The home is in a perfectly located area near delicious restaurants and only about a 10 minute drive from Historic DT St Augustine. The pool is smaller, but the perfect size for our family of four to take a dip after a long hot day at the beach. The bikes and body boards were a perfect touch and we used them everyday! The owners really thought of everything from a hairdryer to great bathing products to a wonderful Jura Coffee Machine. I enjoyed coffee on the lovely front porch in a beautiful wooden rocking chair each morning. You can tell the owners take pride in their home. I cannot express how much we loved this place. I think we found our new favorite vacation spot!

This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our quick getaway. We loved the private pool and short walk to the beach. Beachcomber restaurant is steps away so we visited for dinner and cocktails. The house was so stylishly decorated and also very clean and comfortable. Sitting on the front porch we were able to watch friendly people walking by, but even though it is a busy area it was very quiet and relaxing. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our questions. We would 100% recommend this home and hope we get a chance to visit again in the future.

Nothing but good things to say about our return visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our time again and are coming back in October of this year.

Excellent location, well appointed space with premium linens, towels, and extras for cooking, beach going, and everyday living. The pool was fantastic and well taken care of. The owners were just as great as the property, very communicative and helpful. Only minor caveat is that the king bed was a little worn for us but not enough to keep us from coming back. Mattress may need replaced in the future but the room itself was fabulous. We cannot wait to come back. This will be our new St Aug favorite.

We stayed at this house steps from the beach in early May. The house was perfect for our needs, and we liked having the pool available too. The neighborhood has a relaxed vibe with a coffee shop and casual restaurants nearby and easy access to St Augustine. I liked being able to walk to the beach in the morning with my coffee when the sun was coming up, plus I got some birding in. I’m coming back.

Not often you find a place that is exactly as described! Cute house that’s well decorated, great amenities, location and vibe. Check in was easy and Colleen was great! Literally needed nothing while there. Pool is a great feature that made for great days of sun, beach and pool. The beach vibe is real so leave your fancy clothes and pack some T’s, flips and be prepared to just chill! Nice neighbors as well!

The location of this house is awesome. A couple of great local eateries in walking distance and beach access is perfect. Wonderful and clean, and totally cozy and welcoming. Our only issue was the pool heat. They advertise this as a key feature and we really counted on this, as it was January and we were traveling with kids. However, it had not been turned on until the day we arrived and it took about 2.5 days to fully heat, so we could not get in the pool until the night before we left. This was very frustrating and tainted the experience. FYI if you go in the winter make sure they have it turned on 2-3 days before arrival.

All you need for vacation stay. Walk to everything. Well appointed house. Clean. Comfortable. Easy people to deal with.

We have stayed many, many places in St. Augustine beach. This is the first time having a pool, and it was so nice to sit out in the backyard space. Attention to detail is everywhere. It’s such a perfect little place!

Everything was perfect! The house was perfect and the back yard and pool could not be any more relaxing. The short walk to the beach was super convenient. Our only issue was our trip was too short, so we will be back! :)

We loved this property. Location is stunning. But it is so much more than that. This property is so beautifully renovated, and so tastefully decorated. It has everything you could need. We loved the bikes, spent time by the pool and used all the kit. They have thought of everything. We hope to be staying again in March.
