Stayed Sep 4, 2025The house is beautiful and wonderful location. Really well appointed but needs more warm blankets in each of the bedrooms and the verticals on the main bedroom window need fixing/updating as they’re partially broken. The floor mats also need double sided tape to fix them to the floor as all guests tripped multiple times on the one in the dining and lounge room. There is disparity between the information you receive on the online listing and once you book; it says this house doesn’t come with linen but when I called to check the realtor said it does and this was in the confirmation email that came on the day of check in. The same email gave us the lockbox code but no address for the property so again I needed to call to clarify.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a very pleasant stay at Blanc but was very unhappy with the operation of the front sliding door which was dificult for a woman to open. It needs fixing before new tennants arrive.

Reviewer Comments: what was supposed to be a 4 day stay was extended much longer due to flooding in the entire area. The girls at the Crescent Head office were so supportive and helpful during this very stressful time. They ensured we could continue our stay at the property and kept us up to date during the entire time. We could not have asked for more
