Recently Furnished Brick Townhome Near Chico State

Not the nicest neighborhood but safe and quiet. Nice large condo at a reasonable price.

Very nice place to stay at. This was our first time renting out a place for a night and we felt like it was a very easy process and was a fun and enjoyable place to spend the day at.

The townhome worked well for our stay. Great air conditioning.

Great and spacious place to stay at. Not perfect by any means but you'll have decent time. But Wi-Fi did not work for the duration of my stay

My family came to town for a wedding and the 4 bedrooms were perfect to accommodate 5 adults and 2 children although a few more could easily fit. This is our second time staying here and we highly recommend it for small groups and families.

Super super loud couldn't sleep pillows were paper thin listing dude took like four days to respond to me and didnt start to respond until the day before we were supposed to stay here. We could here basically everything we could here people yelling and arguing and could here loud music being blasted thru out the night we could here neighbors arguing. Beds were very very hard which usually isn't cause for concern with me but the pillows were so used and paper thin that it was so uncomfortable. Definitely won't be coming back here there's more I'm just not able to think straight right now feel very let down

The renovation on the property is not completed as is stated on the listing, there some some broken cabinet doors in the bathrooms and kitchen and dirty. The base boards are partially completed, the kitchen tiles are out dated and chipped. The up stairs floors are not stable, there were lots of noise when we walk on it. Also, there are lots of road noise and train noise for our unit since it is next to the main street.

It was a fantastic evening at a wonderful venue. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. In fact we’ve already rented the venue for family for a weekend event in May.

When my family stayed here the vrbo was clearly newly renovated—clean, all the basic supplies, but still one or two things still needed (eg a carport wasn’t totally nailed down and seemed to be pending some lintels and final touches). But I and my partner, my parents, my brother and his spouse, and one author adult sibling all stayed here with ease. Conveniently close to the grocery store and the highway.

Stayed for a friends graduation. Clean, comfortable. Fit our group perfectly.

Our daughter set the gathering into motion when she said she’d be flying home for Thanksgiving! We now live In Florida but the youngest lives in Chico and our son lives in Fresno. We all gathered at the VRBO which has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There were 7 adults and 3 kids so everyone had their own bedrooms. The kitchen served us well for cooking a full Thanksgiving meal! I could not have been happier!
