Stayed Aug 17, 2024My family and I stayed here for a week and absolutely LOVED it!!! The property is beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. It's a quick drive into Chico for whatever you may need. Owners are very accommodating. This is a great place to stay for families. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool most! Will stay again!

Stayed Jun 14, 2024We love this place! This was our 2nd stay here and it was just as great as last year. We hiked the onsite trail, swam our hearts out, played in the creek & thoroughly enjoyed the house! This home has the best a/c, which is soooo refreshing after a hot summer day of fun. Everything is clean and the beds are comfy. My personal favorite moment was getting up early and sitting in the hot tub, listening to the birds/creek, and enjoying the sun peeking through the oak trees. This place is heavenly!!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Our family (2 adults, 4 children) loved our stay. It’s a very private setting and the home is immaculate and comfortable. Our children enjoyed the pool and walking around the property. It was very hot in Chico during our stay so we definitely appreciated the AC!

Great location with easy access to central Chico. The hosts are wonderful and always available to answer questions or address any need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
