READY TO RELAX Lake front house w/ beautiful Sunsets on Lake Greenwood

Very clean, best communication, well laid out, and peaceful. I will book again for next Year.

Kitchen could be updated in the area of utensils pots pans etc. Example: we tried to cook biscuits one morning and no type bread pan for the oven. (Just one example). There were others. When returning to the cottage after fishing during the day, 85 degree days. The cooling was adjusted we guess on line. It was 78 degrees in the house two days in a row. We did as asked and did not go below 71. But cooling was adjusted by someone other than us. The temperature outside was in the upper 80s while there. The pressure in the bathroom faucet was really low, probably caused by the type faucet used in there.However, we made do and enjoyed our stay. The view was awesome. Overall stay from one to ten, 8. Would probably rent again and eat out.

This place has it all. From an excellent host to the perfect house layout, with everything you need for a home feel away from home. We had issues when we first arrived, Catherine answered quickly and was able to get it resolved in an instant. We have recommended this place to all of our family members and we will be returning.

The week was beautiful in terms of weather. There were gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The comfort of the house and porch and dock made for a great retreat. We are all engaged in active ministry, and this was a wonderful time just to breathe and be! The house had everything anyone would need.

Sunset Views is adorable. It has everything you can ask for in a lake home rental. The neighborhood is quiet. It has all the kitchen amenities to create meals at the house. Bathrooms are very nice. Highly recommended.

My husband and I went to lake greenwood to look for waterfront property. We stayed in this cozy, peaceful waterfront lake house! Catherine was absolutely wonderful to deal with, quick response when i asked for an early check-in and late check-out due to flight departures and arrivals! She was understanding and accommodating to our circumstances! This help reduce the stress if searching endlessly for our perfect retirement slice of heaven on Lake Greenwood!

What a comfortable house with games galore for all ages! Our boys loved diving off the dock, swimming at the end of the dock and of course using the kayaks provided. We also rented a boat and a tube from Skippers ! And then when we were totally exhausted we just sat on the porch and soaked in the view

We took two 84 year old ladies to go fishing and we all had a wonderful time.

Great location for a fun and relaxing weekend at the lake! The house was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed the variety of outdoor seating options, including the dock, sundeck, fire pit, and screened porch. Kayaks and a boat were available for use, although we did not use them this time. Rebooking the house for a fall getaway and looking forward to staying again!

What a great place! Clean and roomy, lots of games and movies! My girlfriends and I enjoyed a relaxing few days even though it rained the whole time. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was very easily accessible and kind. We will be back.

The beauty of Lake Greenwood and the apt name (Sunset Escape) gave us days of retreat and much needed R and R from busy ministerial lives. The accommodations were perfect, and the host thought of everything. The house was perfect, and the porch and the deck offered pleasing vistas. We definitely want to return. The neighbors were friendly. At the same time, the quiet was deeply restful. A perfect spot!

Property was comfy and very clean. Host communicated efficiently and always in a timely manner. Sunset views from the screened in porch were magical.

Thanksgiving with family in Greenwood was the occasion and this was the perfect home to come back to after visiting. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of games, dvd’s and books. The view of the lake and sitting outdoors ( since the weather was perfect ) was ideal. All family members were happy.

This home reminds me of all my summers growing up on a lake. The sunsets, the view, the quality time with family and friends. We would stay again for sure

Cute little place with comfy furniture and an amazing outdoor space. The views are stunning. The host was incredibly responsive. We fished off the dock, caught bass, blue gill and catfish, and just enjoyed the amazing weather and peaceful setting. We really had a great time, so relaxing!

We truly enjoyed staying at this Lake House. We had been staying at a Lake House at Lake Hartwell and Decided to Give Lake Greenwood a Shot......we were Not Disappointed. Catherine was very responsive and easy to work with. The House Has Everything You Need. We Never Left the House other Than Boat Rides. The Sun Deck Was an Added Bonus. Both Docks were Great. We did a Lot of Fishing off the Big Dock and Caught Alot of Catfish. The Neighbor LeeAnn was so Nice and Welcoming. We Will Visit Again For Sure. If I had to list a suggestion it would be to Get a Different Bed Frame for the King Bed. The Footboard is Challenging for Taller People, other than that the House was Amazing and Had Great Views. Beautiful home with excellent amenities and views of Lake Greenwood! Comfortable and cozy furniture and bedding. Welcoming and friendly neighborhood too!

Cathy's property is exactly as advertised and if you are looking to relax and enjoy some time on beautiful Lake Greenwood then this property is for you. We caught fish right off the dock every day, took the kayaks out for a spin morning and afternoon, whiled away the day floating and swimming next to the dock, enjoyed family dinners together, and ended our days watching sunsets. What more could you ask for? Besides all this, I was impressed by Cathy's thoughtfulness - not only did she regularly communicate with us prior to and during the trip, but the property was so well stocked with everything we needed - it's as if Cathy anticipated all our needs - from the well stocked kitchen, to the Weber grill, to the 4 kayaks, the fishing gear, and the MANY family games, it was all there for us and that added to our experience. I would recommend this property and owner to anyone on VRBO. Thanks!
