Peaceful Pet Friendly 3BR 2BA Cottage w/ dock!

The stove/oven was old and needed replaced. It did not function for oven cooking/baking. Stove top was functional with cosmetic scars. The kitchen had every imaginable item needed and then some. Everything was very clean and comfortable with a few defects typical for a family-style pet-friendly get-a way. The setting was relaxing the house was really nice, although it was in a rundown very country rural area - with only a Dollar general for quick needs. Neighbors were friendly. Bathrooms were stocked and functional. Owners had lots of extra's in the house for renters to use. It did serve our family well as we were there for a wedding in Cross Hill. Its a good place to go to get off the grid and relax.

We loved everything about the place. We were provided with extras that we didn't expect, such as water floats, paddle boards, etc. Such a beautiful place! We are already planning to go back again next year!

Went to Lake Greenwood in hopes of doing some fishing. Several of the days were too cold and too windy but this was such a pleasant place we had a good experience.

We have heard some good things about Lake Greenwood and decided to try a short trip. Even though it rained all lot we had a great time and will return often.

Enjoyable property and stay on a great spot on the lake. Quiet area. Nice deck in which to relax as well as a great dock. Very nice place to paddle board(brought our own) or use one of the provided kayaks. I tied up my waverunner to the dock with no problem. We also rented a boat and tying up to the dock was a breeze. Well equipped kitchen and bedrooms were quite comfortable. WiFi was a bit intermittent at times but didn’t interfere with our trip. We still were able to watch several shows each day on the Smart Tv as well as a movie one night. It rained several days of our trip - passing storms- so that could have been part of the issue. Owner messaged to make sure everything was going ok.

We had a good time here until our family decided to all leave the residence to go get food together. We weren't gone an hour and the cleaning lady had came in and took over. Even had the owner send me photos of our stuff that we left behind. Now mind you. We still werent checking out until the next day. The owner claimed they werent watching on the Ring camera, but somehow knew that we left? Because the cleaning lady said she received word that we had packed up and left already so she came to clean. Their stories dont add up. I will NOT be staying ever again.

This was a great place to spend christmas. They even had a tree and a touch of christmas in each room. Clean and fully stocked for our needs

Only reason I didn’t leave all 5 stars, the grass out front seemed really tall upon arrival so there were a few ant hills hidden that my toddler got into.

Our family had a great weekend at this peaceful little lake house. The backyard and dock were great. No complaints.
