Ready for your Family Retreat - Private Canal Access & Steps from the Beach

I left something at the house and the property owner was so helpful and mailed it back to me. She was also very responsive during our stay whenever I messaged her. Loved the house and the location!

We have been coming to SB since 1992 and it is the best beach on the East Coast. The house was great, the grandkids loved it and it is an easy walk to the beach.

We had 11 of us, and we had a wonderful stay!! The room with the bunk beds allowed the children and teens to gather to play video games. The screened in porch with a table for 6 allowed them space for card games. The other two porches allowed others to get away and read. The weather wasn't the best, and the house was spacious enough for us to settle inside when necessary. The hostess, Kristie, is very responsive to questions and other help. We hope to stay there again.

After 20 years, we reconnected with 2 other couples and friends for our beach weekend stay. This home met all our expectations and was the perfect layout for everyone to enjoy. Our stay was trouble free and much needed. The home was exactly as described, and Kristie is a great host! All of our questions were answered promptly. Check-in was a breeze, as well as checkout. The house is a quick and easy walk to the beach. The kitchen has all you need, beds were comfortable. We had a great week.

We loved being on the canal and also just a short walk away from the beach. The ensuite bathrooms were a big hit for all. Plenty of chairs and bikes. Highly recommend for friends or family.

Great house for a big group. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths not easy to find - plus a half bath. Nice updates. Various outdoor porches, dock for fishing, lots of amenities. Excellent communication from homeowners for any questions that arise. Don’t hesitate to rent this one. Everything you need for a terrific vacation with family or friends.

Great spot!! We have stayed here before for that reason. Owners are very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. The access to the renters closet and all that is in it is fabulous! We would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Welcoming to folks of all ages!

The tv in the main area was broken but the hosts were quick to assess and offer help. We had so much fun that we never missed it. We really appreciated their concern and offer to replace it.

Loved the property and handy location to the beach! Plenty of room and 2 master suites on main floor is a game changer! Bikes Chairs And other items make for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, spacious & modern, and we appreciated the beach chairs and other accessories. Lots of room for our two-family party of 7. Lovely views of the canal and a quick walk to the beautiful beach. Kristie was prompt and responsive when one issue arose. Definitely recommend!

Overall, our stay was good. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Our only disappointment was the wear and tear of of the property. The interior is in need of a compete paint job from the walls to the baseboards. Some of our towels were also stained.
