Great stay with 21.5 ft Tidewater! Tied off perpendicular to dock end during unusually low tide and easily repositioned once water level rose. Learned to paddle board with hosts’ equipment. Walked to beautiful white powder sand beach. Very responsive hosts!

The house is exactly what it’s said in the descriptions easily accessible to the beach and park. The only thing in the House really needed was a portable vacuum for the floors because they were tile flooring and sweeping was just pushing the dirt around. I’m not sure but I prefer a few spices salt and pepper shakers the house had no cooking supplies whatsoever just pots and pans an the bare minimum which I understand. A lot of people do go out to eat, but with a family, we try to prepare at at least two meals at home.

We had a fun stay and the location could not have been better. Having a backyard on the bay and a short walk to the gulf were lovely. We loved all of the beach and outdoor accessories. The hosts were very communicative and responded quickly to all of our questions.

We had the best time! Check in was a breeze, communication was prompt. House had everything we needed. Very clean, I have asthma and had no symptoms whatsoever in this house. The mattresses were good. Very short walk to beach. The location is outstanding. We got quite lucky on choosing this spot- the surrounding area is cute and there are a ton of restaurants. Publix is 10 min away and a movie theater is 15/20 min. We explored Sand Key and Honeymoon Island while in town and the beach 2 blocks away from this house was our favorite hands down (best sand and best for swimming/playing in surf/best water clarity). This is not something mentioned but if you have any young kids who like to look for creatures the tree in the backyard and backyard is awesome. Our three kids easily looked for very small lizards an hour each day. The mangroves in the back were really neat to look at too when the tide went out. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this location. Beautiful sunrise off the dock and short walk to the beach to see the sunsets.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home! The location is perfect between the intercoastal off the backyard and the Gulf just a very short walk away. Also close to many great restaurants. Mornings in the shady backyard by the water were the best! The neighborhood is quiet too. So many things were provided as well, such as the beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and beach towels. Even our pup had a blast running in the fenced yard. The owners were prompt to respond to any question as well. We will definitely return.

Love this rental home. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family. Very pretty view of the Bay Area. So appreciated the beach wagon and chairs, umbrellas, etc. very respondent to any questions. Great place. Very cozy.

The house had a nice setup. We enjoyed sitting outside and just enjoying the beautiful views and wildlife. We enjoyed fishing every morning in the backyard. We caught fish every day. The paddle boards were so much fun to try out. The ocean was very walkable even with a 2&4 year old. The wagon made hauling all the provided gear easy. Nice quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the park across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook and eat on/with. Plenty of towels. The grill was clean and so nice to have. Highly recommend this place for family stays.

It was a nice place and fit all of our needs! Easy walk to the beach. The dock was fun. We decided to throw some Publix honey ham on a hook and my son almost instantly caught a catfish. It was great

The house is located in a fabulous location, maybe 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a semi busy road to cross but it wasnt to bad. The house was clean, we did see some small bugs in the sink and around the dining area the first night but that was it. Most of the house has been through a noticeable renovation but the doors, windows, and bathtubs seem to have not been updated yet. I was hoping for the twin beds as shown in the listing but missed the part in the description about the queen beds. We made it work with the sofa bed for my 7 yr old. The backyard was great. We seen many different kinds of fish, and even a dolphin sighting. Overall the house was what we needed and am grateful to have a great weekend celebrating my daughters graduation. Thank you again for opening up your home.

The location is ideal near delicious walkable restaurants and situated to enjoy both the bay and the ocean. Very private. Enjoyed paddle boarding on the bay and sitting outside on range of chairs and dining table. We spotted three dolphins and endless flying fish. Absolutely would return!

We loved everything about this place. We were near restaurants, the beach, and a beautiful view. Loved watching the wildlife right outside the covered back porch. We had family come over for a couple hours, and they had a blast at the park across the street. And this place supplied all the items we needed for tennis and basketball. Communication was top notch, and the beds were so comfortable, and everything you needed was at your fingertips.

Cute, newly renovated ranch. Excellent location. Super close to beach and nearby restaurants and shops. Beds very comfortable. We used the beach chairs and paddle boards. Nice fire-table and grill. Owner very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

It is as advertised! We stayed for long weekend enjoying a spring break. Easily walkable for sunsets on the beach. Hosts were incredibly communicative throughout the booking and accommodations process. The house was comfortable for our family of four (adults & teenagers). Highlights very much included the dock, paddle boards and fishing kit. All offered our teens some “own time” in a safe environment. Excellent kitchen / space / tools for preparing meals as well. New grill and outdoor dining were also great to see!

Easy walk to a beautiful relaxing and less occupied beach. Easy trolley ride to busy beaches, shopping and excursions in either Clearwater Beach or John’s Pass Village. All basic amenities were provided, communication was great and check out was simple. Would rent here again if I come back to the area.
