The host was welcoming and accommodating. Amenities were great ,perfect weekend.

The home was exactly as described and better! We did not spend very long here as we came for 1 night and spent most of our time exploring the town but I would love to book this property again given the chance. The house was very clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed for a relaxing night away from home!

House was in a great location, very short walk to the village. The hot tub and fire pit were great to have also. Eric was quick to respond throughout the process. There are some cosmetic things that were easy to look past (the upstairs shower was causing a leak on the downstairs ceiling so we couldn’t use it and the door jam to the back yard was damaged so it was very difficult to lock), but they will likely need to be addressed. Overall it was a great rental and we would definitely go back.

This house was wonderful. There were 5 women celebrating a college reunion. Accommodations were perfect, beds were very comfortable and sheets very soft. Hot tub was nice. Rooms were clean and large. Great experience!

We really enjoyed the hot tub at the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was decorated nicely. Easy walk to town.

Awesome place to stay, walkable to everything in town. And 3 mintues to ski resort

We stayed here overnight to ski and snow tube around Ellicottville. The house served us very well except for the snow not being cleared from the front and back steps. Also, it looks like vacuuming under the beds has been overlooked. Otherwise, our party of 2 adults and five kids enjoyed our stay!

This property was perfect for us - very comfortable for two families of four. It’s an easy 6 minute walk into town for the shops and restaurants and a 5 minute drive to the slopes. The house had everything that we needed!

Eric’s home was wonderful and a perfect stay for our family . We were able to get to the slopes easily and walk into town! Eric was responsive and every in the home was cozy and as stated ! Would highly recommend ! Jill B.

This house is absolutely beautiful. All of the beds are very nice quality. Every one of us commented on the comfort of the mattress.. Very clean. And close to town.

Property was as described. Close to the shops and restaurants and in a mice, quiet neighborhood. Little details like dishwasher soap and coffee were provided. We enjoyed our stay!

This house was awesome for 8 people (4 couples). There was more than enough space for all of us, and the kitchen is HUGE and well-stocked if you’re looking to cook in the house. Eric was super communicative, they responded right away to any questions and was even so kind as to allow us an extra hour to check out. The house is close enough to the village that it’s convenient to get to, but off the main strip so it’s quiet at night. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Every year we do a friend’s trip to EVL and this house was just perfect. Great walking distance to town and all the fun things. Perfect for the fall.
