Stayed Mar 3, 2025We really enjoyed this home as our home base for a trip to Watercolor. It is near the trails which makes it easy to cut through the neighborhoods to get around. House was overall clean with just a couple of issues which the property management team handled. Golf cart was great and worked perfectly. Grill is a little rusty but worked. Amount of beds were perfect for our group and we enjoyed the small fenced in area to let our dogs out to potty when we couldn't do a full walk. Would book again!

Stayed Apr 20, 2024This home was clean and perfect for our group of 6 adults, 1 infant and 1 dog. Nice quiet part of Watercolor, great proximity to Frog Pool down the street, surprisingly quick and easy walk to Tennis Center, Boat House, etc. We’ve stayed in WC a bunch of times, but never in this neighborhood and I had imagined it being further to get to the older neighborhoods closer to 30A, but the proximity from the home to the bridge across Western Lake to the tennis center was great! We didn’t use the golf cart too much, but it was helpful to have access on a few occasions. Kitchen was very well equipped - just a huge supply of dishes, glassware and silverware so you didn’t have to run the dishwasher constantly. Love the screen porches and used the open side porch for family hangouts all day long. Guest services were very responsive for the few small issues we had and rectified everything quickly.

Stayed Mar 2, 2024We enjoyed our stay and will consider Watchtower Walk again for our next stay at 30A. The home was clean, comfortable and convenient. It was nice to have the golf cart for trips to the beach club and Camp Watercolor. Also nice to be next to walking trails for morning and evening dog walks. Would recommend for families traveling with a dog. The garden area is a small fenced in area with turf grass which was great for our dog.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful, well managed, very clean. The kitchen is stocked well and organized. The management company responded quickly with even small concerns and questions. That was very much appreciated. The home should really be described as 4 bedrooms and a bonus bunk room. The room with 4 bunks with access to the watchtower does not have a closet which was a little inconvenient for a long stay. It also does not have a light switch inside the room, the switch is outside in the hall. And the pocket door will not stay closed unless it is latched, which is a problem since there is no way to unlatch it from outside the room. So when kids were sleeping in the bunks, we had to wedge a towel under the door to keep the door closed. Also, we found out after several incidences trying to access the pools and beach with 12 people and an infant, that the HOA has a strict policy that each home can only be advertised as max occupancy of 10. The HOA office behind Publix said the homeowners and rental agencies are aware of this policy and advertising otherwise leads to problems when more than 10 want into restricted areas at once. Many times one of the adults had to sacrifice their beach or pool time for a child bc the HOA will absolutely not allow more than 10 bands per property, period. That felt misleading. The advertising should make that clear and not lead the renter to believe that more bands could at all be possible.

Close to pools and beach, and extremely quiet ! A short bike ride to everything! The home was the perfect size for our 11 member family. The grandchildren loved the 2 bunk rooms and the watchtower. The porches were so comfortable and spacious. The house was well stocked with everything you needed to cook! We did have a few maintenance problems though. The wine fridge and the lower oven were not working and we had cold showers for a couple days in the master suite upstairs. Our rental agents acted quickly on the problems , but parts for the wine fridge and oven had to be ordered. Golf cart was an huge plus! All in all a fabulous week!
