The property is amazing and perfect for a cousins vacation of 8 adults. The kitchen has everything you need to cook gourmet dinners each night as we did. Dining area perfect. We each had our own bedroom and a few shared a bathroom. The house is large enough to spend time together or if you need some alone time. Three outdoor seating areas were great and loved the outdoor shower. This is our second stay here and looking forward to our next visit.

This is the most family-friendly property in which I’ve stayed! My family stayed here for an annual reunion and we couldn’t have found a more perfect house. It was incredibly helpful that many beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach caddy were available for guests to use. Additionally, there were many games the whole family enjoyed and toys for little ones. We also enjoyed having a little backyard, something we don’t usually see in OCNJ. The location doesn’t get better, either. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and right in the middle of the boardwalk. You can’t go wrong picking this property for your beach vacation!

The house is amazing and as described. We all had plenty of space to unwind and have fun. The games were great for laughs and fun on days we didnt go on the beach. The house is located close to the beach and boardwalk for quick easy access. Communicaiton was quick and helpful. We hope to be able to return again for another family getaway soon.

This is a wonderful, clean, family friendly home that is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The location is very close to many great restaurants, rides, mini golf, ice cream, and more. We have stayed here multiple times and always have a great, comfortable stay with our large group with many families with young children.

We were hosting a wedding in the area and needed accommodations for family and friends from out of town.The property was exactly as advertised, if not better! Kathy was very responsive and helpful, and we had all the required information up front. If you are visiting Ocean City, the location could not be any better.

This was an amazing house! It was clean and comfortable. The beds were great, there was ample sleeping room without feeling like we were on top of each other. The house is ADORABLE! There are friendly/family decorative touches everywhere making you feel even more cozy. This is one of the best houses in OC if you are a large group. There’s a “rec” basement great for kids! The host is friendly, has great communication and was so kind. We plan to return! Thank you for letting us make memories these girls (and their mamas) will remember forever.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group of 3 families with lots of littles. Excellent location, steps to the boardwalk and beach. Space is set up in a really smart way and we loved hanging out on the front porch. Would return again in a heartbeat!

Katherine’s property was absolutely amazing for our combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend with a house of 16! Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and plenty of space for food and hanging out! The basement was so much fun with the entertainment and lead right out to the backyard! Location is unbeatable and the ambiance of the house was just amazing, such a cute wall for photo ops!! 10/10 recommend this house for big crews, we will 100% stay here again with a crowd!

The home was just perfect for our growing family. It is beautifully appointed, clean and has everything you could possibly need. You could feel its well loved by Katherine and her family so we felt blessed they’d share it with others. We hope to return again!

This is the nicest vacation we have ever had in Ocean City. This property was ideal. The yard was awesome. The space was used perfectly. If we have a large group next year, I would absolutely come back to this house.

This was our yearly family vacation with our two daughters, their husbands and our 6 grandchildren! This house was made for us! It was full of entertainment for the kids, lots of space for all to sleep and close to the boardwalk and beach! Katherine was an incredible host and answered questions beforehand and while we were there very promptly!

Katherine and her family provided us with an amazing house a block away from the beach where we got married on! My new wife and I will be trying to plan yearly trips back at this house if we are able to! It’s absolutely amazing from every aspect. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay!

We loved the house and would definitely rent again. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. There were plenty of chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas. The location was ideal. We’ve rented many houses but this house was loved by all.

This was our third year returning to this house. It is in an ideal location, clean, and spacious. Year after year we are impressed with how well it accommodates our group, which includes a few families with young kids. The basement has games and toys for the kids to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked. They offer beach tags. 10/10, we love this place!
