Rangeley Manor A-99 was exactly what we were looking for to relax in Rangeley during the fall weather! This spacious cabin allowed us great family time as well as alone time near Rangeley Lake. The Manor is quiet allowing for great walks on the road or in the woods. Wildlife visited the lawns of the Manor often during the day & night. Being minutes away from restaurants on Main Street allowed us to enjoy our time without having to be in the truck too much traveling. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we book another trip for the same time next year!!

Honestly, the location is wonderful, but the cabin seemed a little dark. Same dried flower arrangements, lots of spider webs on windows outside, bathroom smelled - think I relayed to M&F just that - but after scrubbing the toilet 2x I realized that there must be something cooking with the septic system as the urine odor was back. The rug has pulls and looks old, spots on the cover on the little couch cover, I covered the larger couch so that was fine. But over all we had week in Rangeley. And oh yes, we loved the fire pit!! Thank you M&F - you do a great job!!

Morton & Furbish have the best communication possible! I knew exactly what to expect and the check in and check out were very smooth and easy. We found the accommodations to be clean and comfortable including a great TV set up for watching the IS Open. We walked from the cottage down to the communal swimming area which was fantastic! We were very close to town and easily got to everything we wanted to do, including tennis, hiking, swimming, eating out, and attending a concert up at Saddleback Lodge. I would highly recommend!

Comfortable and cozy, with a lot of amenities. The cabin was cool inside when the temperature hit well over 80 degrees outside and warmed up quickly when we experienced a 40-degree overnight. We loved the fire pit, the tree-tolley leash that allowed our dog to roam safely while we sat outside, enjoying lunch at the picnic table, the gas grill, the well-appointed kitchen, and most of all -- the short walk to a beautiful, private lakefront. The staff at the rental agency was very helfpul, including providing a same-day replacement for a broken coffee maker. We've stayed at a number of rental cabins over the years and this was by far the best. We'll be back!

We had a fantastic week staying in Rangeley this October. The cabin was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Photos don't really do it justice! Was wonderful to have a wood-burning fire. It's a great location, very quiet, just a few mins drive beyond the main street in Rangeley. We were only a minute or two walk away from the waters edge and went for a chilly couple of swims. The property managers were accessible, really helpful with suggesting activities and even coordinated us staying an extra night due to bad weather/ poor driving conditions. Hope to return soon!

We had a great week at this house. It has everything you need for a relaxing time. It is only a short walk to the lake. Very close to town. Great restaurants. Don't miss out on the 45th parallel and the portage tap house. The blue orchid has really good food also. We took a ride out to saddleback mountain. We saw a bull moose on out way. We stay in Rangeley 4 weeks a year. We always rent with Morton and furnish. They are so accommodating and friendly.
