1. To ensure guests' experience and quality of service, NO instant booking is accepted. Any reservation inquiry will be reviewed within 24 hours, and an accept/decline/edit quote decision will be issued at our sole discretion. Only Accepted Booking is considered Confirmed.

2. The current special promotional rate set as low as $253 is for up to two guests only, and is subject to change without notice. Please contact us for special introductory rate for parties with more than two adults.

3. During your inquiry, any money or deposit taken by the booking platform is not sent to RCD until an inquiry becomes a Confirmed Reservation and the check in is verified. As a result, any cancelation attempt initiated by the guest or subsequent Decline/Edit Quote decision on the part of RCD that could result in any refund issues should be directed to your original booking platform. It's not our interest whatsoever to hold any such deposit/payment if the cancelation policy is followed.

    Host John went above and beyond—communication was truly 10/10. We arrived in LA earlier than expected, and after reaching out to John, he graciously accommodated us with an early check-in. The entire process felt smooth and incredibly welcoming.When we needed batteries for a fan, they were already waiting at the door by the time we arrived. I really appreciated that he didn’t enter the home—such a respectful and considerate gesture.We happened to be there over Father’s Day, and John surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate. So thoughtful and unexpected!The home itself was peaceful and relaxing. Just a heads-up—it’s a bit of a drive from the main LA spots, but if you're looking for serenity and enjoy nature, the nearby hiking trail is a perfect bonus.Would definitely stay here again!

    Beautiful home newly updated and very clean. Plenty of space with large kitchen and den area with a large, large TV. The outdoor deck and chairs were a highlight.Host stayed in touch throughout and was very responsive to any questions we had.Looking forward to our next stay there.
