Ranch Style, Minimalist, Modern Home, Strict No Parties

We stayed in an alternate location on the property due to a plumbing issue. However, that other unit was really nice and clean. Arrival and check-in procedures were seamless! The kitchen had everything we needed, even cold purified water in the fridge! It was espcially close to the venue where my friend and I were enjoying a convention that weekend. It was really quiet too, despite being on a corner. I slept in the master bedroom and that bed was really comfortable! My friend said that the guestbed matress wasn't as comfortable and a better frame or stabilizers might keep it from moving and making noise.I heard it several times during the night. But, if your stay is short, i.e. a night or two, the proximity to nearby places, the quiet, the EXCELLENT HOST, I still highly recommend it!

Property was clean, comfortable, bright and modern. Priced well for the amenities and location. Close to restaurants & local to retail. Easy access to freeways to entertainment, restaurants and beaches. Walking trails nearby plus outdoor space at property.

Stayed 2 nights with my family for a wedding very close by and it worked out very nicely. It appears someone also lives in the unit because of locked closets and cabinets. This wasn’t a huge issue but my only feedback is in the primary bedroom there was just a small rolling rack to hang clothing. Not any storage or small dresser which would have been helpful. When I travel I like to unpack and be settled. The bathroom vanity is also very small so with 4 people that was also challenging. However, the idea of the mirror and desk in the living room did help with us getting ready having just one bathroom.

Overall we were impressed with our stay! Communication with the host was easy and convenient, and the home was nearby tons of the things we wanted to get to on our stay. Would recommend

First experience on VR app and one word…. Wow Everything we need in the kitchen was there Room were big enough nice bathroom owner was quick to awnser to all of our questions only thing I have to mention is the mattress in the smaller bedroom was too soft had to sleep on the couch but I have to mention that my wife had a back surgery couple months ago I definitely recommend this place relaxing hope to go back one day
