Stayed Apr 24, 2026This well- kept property is in a quiet neighborhood with other nice single family residences. Not too far from a grocery store. The interior is as pictured, nice and clean. In the kitchen you'll have access to just about every small appliance needed. (We saw both a Keurig AND a 12-cup coffee pot for you coffee drinkers) It's quite easy to feel at home during your stay, with the cozy living areas and bedrooms. The basement offers an additional space that we didn't use, but was it was clean and inviting. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and recommend it to you!

Stayed Sep 25, 2025The stay was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils needed. I did bring my Ninja and a hand mixer because I needed to make desserts for the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding. The dining and living spaces were comfortable and my adult boys enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. It was a perfect spot for us to stay. The hosts were great, helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 1, 2025For our little weekend getaway to see the Cosmosphere and visit the sedgwick County zoo, this house was nice. Location was great and we had a great time with a family game night after doing everything we wanted to do.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025We had a wonderful time at this home! The home was not far from anything in town yet it felt like we were in the county side. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Hutch! We were curious why everything had a price tag on it because there were somethings we wanted to buy if only we could have gotten it on the airplane.
