Stayed Mar 17, 2025This property is absolutely stunning. Quiet, within walking distance of everything you may need, easy access to transportation, and the most helpful staff. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was incredible. The property is full of artistic flair and when a small maintenance issue occurred, it was resolved timely. The grounds are lush, the pool was clean and warm, and the beach was excellent. Don’t hesitate to book this gem of a property.

Stayed Dec 8, 2024This was our second stay here and once again, it was fantastic. The casa is well equipped, has plenty of space, and situated right on the beach. Mornings were spent on the private patio/beach until it was time to walk to town. No car needed here. Checkin/out was easy and the staff was super helpful even coordinating transportation for us. Can’t wait to return.

Stayed Oct 16, 2024Casa Rana was the perfect getaway. We stayed for 5 nights and were sad to leave. It is the perfect location and steps away from the water. I would stay here over and over again.

Stayed Apr 6, 2024Right on the beach, clean, spacious and well kept. Convenient location for food, groceries and shopping. Pool and private beach area were perfect and bbq onsite made for a fun night of cooking. Property management and staff were all very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend, we can’t wait to plan a return visit.

Stayed Jan 1, 2024I was expecting a rustic house, but the pictures do not do it justice. It is absolutely lovely and very well-equipped and in a perfect location. Miguel was incredibly helpful and Esperanza was lovely. I would love to own that property.

Stayed Oct 26, 2022The property is in a great location. It is truly beachfront!! There are lots of excellent restaurants, a market and shopping close by. It’s a short inexpensive ride to PVR as well. Miguel was super to work with and was very responsive to a minor problem we experienced. The house is well equipped with everything you might need, down to beach towels. The only negative is the beds and pillows. More pillows in the bedroom and at the very least a pillow topper for the mattresses. Overall we would definitely visit again! Thank you also to Esperanza our lovely housekeeper!

Stayed Jun 22, 2022We (2 couples) stayed at Casa Rana - the beach house on this property, and had a wonderful stay! The house had plenty of character - lots of funky artwork scattered through the house, and a perfect beach patio/kitchen/open living room setup. The location in bucerias is nice - plenty of walkable restaurant options for lunch and dinner, and close to a taxi stand if you don't have a car (we didn't) and want to head over to Puerto Vallarta for the day. The only thing we wished for was some basic provisions in the kitchen (cooking oil, spices, pantry basics etc.) but we just ended up eating out every meal anyway. Property has a nice small swimming pool as well. Highly recommend - Miguel was very responsive and answered all of our questions before we arrived.
