With an open concept living/dining area, gathering together for meals and movies couldn't be easier. Located just off the kitchen is the first guest bedroom, with a King-size bed and its own en suite bathroom. Also on this floor is the washer and dryer.

Continuing upstairs is yet another living area, with a 55'' Smart flat screen TV - the perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon aperitifs, or movies for the kids. Open the French doors to invite an ocean breeze in from the large balcony.
