Rainbow Ranch: Family Friendly 4 Bedroom in Lovely Williamstown, 5 min to ARK!

The Rainbow Ranch was the perfect getaway location for our family while in town to visit the Ark and the Creation Museum. The home was very close to the Ark on the quietest street. The house was well supplied and just as described. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us and really enjoyed our stay. Travis was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to the area.

This wonderful home is super clean, spacious, very comfortable, with plenty of amenities, and a well stocked kitchen. All appliances are in great condition. The decor is cozy and inviting. The kids LOVED the Kids Clubhouse and the arcade game downstairs. Every bedroom has a TV. The living room and basement living room have Roku TVs so we were able to sign in and watch movies after dinner. Travis was very responsive and accommodated our request for late checkout at a reasonable cost. The cleanup instructions were very clear, easy and minimal. If we ever find ourselves back in Williamstown we will for sure book this listing again!!

Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there. Whenever we needed to ask the host anything, he got back to us quickly. It was close to the Ark Encounter, which was why we came. The only thing that is needed is a waterproof shower curtain insert for the tubs. This is minor.I would recommend the stay there.

We stayed at the Rainbow Ranch during our trip to the Ark Encounter and it was wonderful. To start with the neighborhood the house in located in is extremely peaceful. No noisy neighbors. We so enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evenings enjoying the view and quiet! The house was also immaculately clean and well taken care of. It’s also stocked with everything you could ever need to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible! Our three kids loved the club house in the backyard, it was the perfect spot for them to unwind at the end of the day. The host was in contact from the moment our booking was confirmed all the way until we left, making sure we had everything we needed. If you are coming to the Ark Encounter, I highly recommend this property for your stay!

There were 3 couples who stayed, we were attending a wedding. The house was clean and all of us had plenty of room. The living room had enough seating so all of us could sit and have conversations. It was also close to restaurants. We would stay there again.

Me and my wife took all 4 parents to see the Ark Experience and Creation Museum. The home was just as described and the layout was perfect for our elderly parents, having large bedrooms on the ground level. We didn’t take any kids but the home would be perfect for children as well, play areas in the basement as well as outside. Town was pleasant and safe as well. If we do go back to the Williamstown area again, we will be staying at this location.

Clean house, nicely decorated. Great selection of extras like games, tables to play cards, nice TV’s, plenty of room to spread if you wanted to do. Nice safe neighborhood, close to downtown. We went to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum during our stay. Enjoyed our time there.

Great neighborhood! Very quiet and neighbors were very nice to use. House was very clean and inviting. Literally 5-7 minutes to the Ark. We had a small issue that was very quickly addressed by the owner. That made it all the better. If you're going, I also recommend you take the 45 minute drive to the Creation Museum. SO much to learn there. This house is a great place to relax after long days hanging at those amazing exhibits! Downstairs has lots of activities for the kids! 10/10 highly recommended!

House was exactly as described and our kids loved the basement and playhouse. The beds were comfortable and everything was nicely stocked. We had a great experience and Travis was very great to work with. Highly recommend

What a lovely home. It is located in a residential neighborhood. The view from the back is absolutely beautiful and a serene place to just sit and relax. Lots of TVs in various room. 2 living spaces. It was a prefect fit for our family. We felt that the bottom floor was such a safe free space for my 17 month grandson. The home is very convenient to the Ark if that is in your vacation plans. The owner/host was so great with communication. If you are in the area this would be a great choice!

We really enjoyed staying here! The house was well stocked, and the owner was helpfully communicative! Eight people, plus an infant, stayed here comfortably for three nights.

Nice place in quiet neighborhood. Kids loved play house and game room. Comfortable for our group of 9. Everything you need for a great stay.

This is a wonderful home with more than enough space for our multigenerational trip. The backyard is steep but that shouldn't stop anyone from renting this home. The upstairs deck has plenty of space for family gatherings and table games. We did not do any cooking in the kitchen, but it did appear to be fully stocked with the essentials. Many of the local restaurants we were interested in trying were closed, but the Mexican restaurant provided great food. And Grandpa warned my little to stay away from the tree line in the backyard, there is poison ivy. But that can't be helped, the house provided a perfect meeting place for our families!

We had the best time at this property. It was clean, well stocked, and close to the Ark experience. Travis the owner was responsive and friendly in all of our interactions. The best part about this place was the clubhouse for the littles. Our two girls, ages 5 and 6 loved it and it was such a nice touch for families with kids. They played while the parents relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful view of the green backyard. We even got to spot a deer while sitting out there. We highly recommend this place and will book again if we come back.

A great location accept sloping yard was hard on disabled mom. A few minor things needed repair like door knobs and lights. Much nicer than hotel for sure
