My wife and I had a wonderful time, the location on the ocean is awesome, views are great from everywhere, enjoying the spa with the with the ocean mist unparalleled experience.
Staying in this home will give you a relaxing, peaceful and unbelievable trip to get away from everyday life stresses. You can’t go wrong in choosing this property. The view and close proximity to the surf sounds are the best. If you have never been to this area i highly recommend it. There is so much to see and do if you want to. I personally like to stay put and enjoy every minute right there on the premises soaking up the solitude and going down to the private beach where you will practically have all to yourself. The home is nicely decorated with a beachy vibe. The beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of comfortable seating which I find important since as I said, I enjoy staying put. Cooking meals there is a plus although there are lots of dining out options. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with all the essentials but if you need something the store close by in Manchester has everything you need. If tv is important to you the only option at this property is Netflix streaming. No regular tv channels are available. There is a dvd player. It is fun to keep and eye out for whale sightings (bring binoculars) along with deer, quail, bunnies, fox in the yard.! You really can’t go wrong with this rental. It truly is heavenly.
Difficult to get answers from Evolve. My questions went unanswered for days. It took awhile to go from VRBO to Evolve then a local contact. Lockbox needs to be easier to use. The place needs a deep cleaning, Even the table was sticky as was areas along sides if dishwasher and baseboards. Screening the hot tub is a must. It is viewed by the neighborhood.
Had an awesome stay. I recommend this place that wants one of the best views of the ocean and peacefulness.
This place is nice for the weekend escape. Relaxation and exercise
This place is a good escape. I would recommend they have more TP and paper towels as we had to procure additional. I also recommend better window covering for ocean side bedrooms. View in living room was fabulous
After reading some of the reviews for this property I was concerned that there would be issues with the cleanliness and condition of the property. I'm happy to say there were no issues with it's cleanliness or condition and I was very satisfied.
The house needed some TLC. The dining room chairs were stained and torn. The cabinets were dirty and greasy. The sink backed up during our stay. The heater in the master bedroom was a bit sketchy. Lots a little touches that would make the stay much more enjoyable.
So much potential but falls short. This place was so underwhelming inside-I felt I was at a motel. There are no real loving touches to the home. The view can’t be beat, yes. It was insane. And the access to the beach is awesome. But I’m shocked that other reviews didn’t warn anyone about the fact that this place is like a 2 1/2 star motel. FYI -the couches are different from the photos, but comfortable. They’re the only piece of newer furniture in the entire home. Cons: The master bedroom is small, and the furniture looks like it came directly from a garage sale. Uncomfortable mattress and the master bedroom heater didn’t work and the icy ocean breeze was seeping through cracks in there. The master bathroom is just as cold, has a strange plastic covering the window that looks a bit tacky, and there is some mold growing in the shower, the toilet seat is peeling — seemed unsanitary to me, the bathtub had some weird wood on it and is missing some tiles. The extra bedroom with a twin bed is small and a bit lame/depressing. My teen son was so upset he had to sleep in there. Not to mention the WiFi was awful and it was hard to stream anything. The kitchen is dingy too, subpar and isn’t something appealing to want to cook in, dated. Cheap fridge. There was no dishwashing liquid. There is a plastic restaurant type bench on the patio to eat at. So again, the only solid pro to this place is that it’s got an incredible view and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If you are someone who expects a nicer home with decor/ambiance, newer and cleaner items, you would not be happy here. If you’re willing to pay the high price for the incredible view to have a private motel-like home, you’ll be happy. I wouldn’t come back here and have done much better in the area in the past for comparable cost.
This beach house had the most awesome views! House was comfortable and cozy. Renting was quick and easy.
