Radiant in Redondo

We rented this lovely townhome while we were temporarily displaced from our home. Everything is clean and well kept.

The location of this home suited our needs perfectly. It was a pleasurable stay.

Our family of 6 stayed at the property and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space and spread out. Super safe and the neighbors were great! Thanks Jerry!

Nice layout and amenities, not a lot of burdensome rules like other places, great neighborhood, close to family, restaurants, beach, etc.

Typical, nice home in Redondo; quick access (quick in LA terms) to beach, restaurants, PCH, freeways. Owner made it super easy.

I dislike having to write a negative review, however we spent a lot of money for a place that we would not have rented because the property description was misleading .There are three significant reasons as to why I feel this way. The first reason, the property was listed as a house,but it was a condominium. We had three small grandchildren, ages 2,5 and 7 coming midweek and expected a house with some sort of yard. We would NOT have rented a condo. Under Amenities it said there was plenty of outside play area when I asked the host where this play area was,he asked me where this was mentioned,I told him exactly where(in the description under Amenities)it was suddenly removed.The only place our grandchildren could have played in was the street,which of course was not safe. A second, very important reason was the misrepresentation also located in the Amenities Under Location type,it stated Beach.in the description. It also stated beach living at its finest Also included in the description take a short walk to some of the most prestigious beaches.This was another reason we were willing to rent this property because of the close proximity to the beach.In the past wherever we stayed we were able to walk or ride our bikes to the beach.We checked on Google maps it stated that it would be approximately 24 minutes to the beach, in addition we would have to cross several busy streets and Pacific Coast Highway. Understandably with 3 small children we were not going to take the risk.So our bikes stayed in the garage and we had to load up the grandchildren and try and find parking. The third reason I am so frustrated is that our credit card was charged 2 1/2 months ago for the full amount,which I paid and therefore have no recourse because I cannot dispute the charges( which I would have.) We paid an exorbitant amount of money for a beach location in a condominium instead of a house where there was no large outdoor play area for our three rambunctious grandsons. I feel like we were taken advantage of by the material misrepresentationof the property. In short we would not have stayed here. E.Carrera

I would stay here again. My brief contact with the owner was kind, yet professional. The property is located close enough to venture to the beach but far enough not to have to deal with crowds. I'd recommend the owners invest in new linen as we found some unpleasant stains even after washing. Also, the master bedroom mattress is in desperate need of replacement.

Very comfortable clean and extremely well equipped
