Stayed Jun 26, 2025Best rental experience in Gooserocks Beach in over 40 years!! This beautiful home was clean and very comfortable. The mattresses and fresh linens made for a great nights sleep. We loved the showers! The water pressure was very strong and the showers felt very luxurious. There were quality toiletries and towels included, which made packing less burdensome. The two smart tvs worked well and the plentiful seating in the family room made for comfortable tv time with the family. The location was perfect, just a walk across the lawn to the private beach access. There were plenty of beach chairs, and a several kayaks that the owner allowed us to use. The kitchen was well appointed with all the necessities for prepping and cooking. We enjoyed the screened in porch, and Adirondack chairs around the solo stove in the backyard. Communication with Joy and her team was prompt and helpful. Highly recommend for a family trip or travel with friends!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We arrived on a Saturday and left on a Tuesday. We flew in for a funeral but we had an incredible time at this amazing home and the beach was right out the back door. The property owner was on top of everything. I would give this a 20 on a 1 - 10 rating.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025We absolutely loved the property. As a longtime fan of GRB, I’ve stayed in several different houses over the years but this property is by far my favorite. The location, layout, renovations and cleanliness were above our expectations and the team at KPC were amazingly responsive - within minutes - to every question. Can’t recommend this property and management team enough.
