Stayed Dec 27, 2025Immaculate and tons of space and storage for our family of 4. The kitchen was better-outfitted than home! Albertsons is nearby and we shopped a few times to enjoy a couple meals at the house. Lovely backyard with 3 different citrus trees and a view of the mountain. I could retire right here in this house. Loved it.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025Very enjoyable home and swimming pool and spa. Didn't realize this property is on the Palm Spring flight path. Not bad, but 40 flights a day that the noise lasts 1 minute each.

Stayed May 16, 2025The house was lovely and located in a quiet neighborhood just north of the Palm Springs airport. If you're into plane spotting, you’ll enjoy the view of northbound takeoffs — they’re infrequent enough not to be disruptive. That said, a few issues impacted our experience. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and required a full reboot daily just to connect the TV and other devices. Additionally, the sprinkler system ran on a 6-hour cycle, which wasn’t communicated ahead of time — we got unexpectedly soaked on our first day. While there's a pool, the issue was more about the lack of communication than the inconvenience itself. We reached out about both the Wi-Fi and sprinklers, but it took two days before anyone followed up, which made it feel like support wasn’t readily available. Overall, it was a decent stay, but future guests should be aware of these potential frustrations.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024The house was very clean and as described. The AC was not capable to work well under those extreme heat. We had to vacate the house after 24hrs with our kid. Too hot! Our friend was able to stay and enjoyed it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect. Had everything we needed, paid a fee to heat the pool and it felt great. Great location, near shopping, and the main strip. Absolutely wonderful home, will be booking again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice kitchen with everything we needed. Nespresso coffee and pods provided. Dining table seats 6 which was perfect for our group. Towels and toiletries could be improved. Travel size shampoo barely lasted 5 days. Wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash would be nice. Home is in flight path, but as others have described, you get used to it and we were gone during the day. Great location for groceries (1 mile) and downtown Palm Springs (3 miles). The Family Room system (remote, TV, AVR) could be simplified. We had problems watching Cable and had to bypass the AVR. Others have had similar problems. 3-day notice recommended to heat the the pool and spa. Payment to Vacasa required before check-in.
