Stayed Aug 20, 2023We had a great trip to Rehoboth, thanks to Michael's house! The house had everything you could need to cook with, lots of seating options, a spacious back porch, and perfectly sized bedrooms. Our family loved the close proximity the property was to the beach, and the fact that it was on a quieter street, but an easy walk to downtown. Friendly host and beautifully decorated home. We would definitely recommend this booking to any family looking for a place to stay in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023This house was perfect for my family of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone, the house was well furnished, and the kicker was the huge porch on the back where we spent most of our time. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more (the ice machine was great for the beach). On top of all that the location was perfect! Nice and quiet but not far at all from all the life of the town. Thank you Michael and Andres for having us!

Stayed Jul 14, 2019Another summer spent at our favorite place at the beach! As always, the house was clean and so charming. The location cannot be beat for access to the beach and restaurants. Michael and Andres are attentive and helpful when questions arise. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Jun 30, 2019We had a wonderful week in this lovely cottage. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and well appointed with anything you could want or need. The large screened porch is fabulous for reading, relaxing, and dining. We parked our car for the week as restaurants and the beach are within easy walking distance. Michael and Andres did a great job. We will be back and highly recommend this property!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had the perfect stay at this property. We were there for an extended time and it had all the comforts of home. The property manager is quick to respond and super helpful. We would gladly rent 7 Cookman again.
