Quintessential Midtown Bungalow

Super cute place. Close to U of A. Safe. Lovely outdoors. Easy to get around. Easy to get in and out.

Everything was as expected, easy check on, clean house, off street parking. Would stay there again

This quaint home in Tucson is lovely. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and it nice to work in. I was a little concerned in one bedroom, as the wall outlets are weak and my phone charger literally fell out of it. Other than this tiny detail, I would literally stay here again.

It was a very nice stay

Everything was fine. The check-out instructions say to strip all beds and put towels and sheets in the washer. However, the small washer cannot handle a load that size.

The kitchen was well stocked with really nice dishes, the rooms very comfortable. This adorable little house is super cute and all of the neighbors were very nice. The outdoor patio space was so relaxing. I was bringing my handicapped daughter and it was nice to find a place without carpeting and the handicapped accessible bathroom. Highly recommend!

Cute, comfortable house! It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. We had a couple issues after we arrived, but Taylor was there within a half hour and they were resolved. Would certainly stay there again!

House was as shown in pictures and described. The kitchen was well stocked. House was clean. The only issue we had is that temperature wasn’t to be lowered below 72. This should be added to the description. Owner was quick on communication and friendly.

Neighborhood quiet, good location, had everything we needed

Very well equipped kitchen was appreciated. The location is central in that downtown is to the west and the newer section of Tucson to the East. Lots of restaurant options. Overall it was quiet. But one morning one of the neighbors started his fart car and it literally shook the house. But it only happened once.

Great outdoor space for people and pets! Securely fenced yard and parking area. Parking is shared with other rental on site so needed to bring dogs in when other guests were parking but wasn’t an issue during our stay. Very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

We loved the location as it was close to all we wanted to day. Many restaurants close by.The cottage was so cute. Everything was clean and decorate nice in southwest style.

It was great location and easy to get in and out. You can tell they have lived there because fully equipped and functional for long stay of a month. Only issue was low lighting, but it wasnt too bad. It's hard getting old!

Wish we could have had more channels on TV or even the ability to sync tv with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV or something. We had to go to a bar to watch ESPN and all the football games. Only had just a few local channels. But all in all a great place. Thanks for everything

We were very satisfied. Very well maintained both in the house and the landscaping.

We enjoyed are stay and the location. Close to everything. We stayed over Thanksgiving and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the holiday.

My girlfriend and I along with some of her family travelled down to Tucson for a small trip down memory lane before Christmas and we stayed at this lovely property. Everything was great in the house and the front yard patio area was wonderful in the good weather. Would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors walking dogs saying hello while we relaxed in our yard was an added pleasant surprise. Super cute and clean, and close to my favorite Whole Foods Market for groceries. Hiked in several locations around Tucson and it was an easy drive to and from Bungalow with plenty of quick stops for lunch or dinners. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Close to other family Quiet neighborhood

Nice, conveniently located, clean, and quiet. Just what was needed.

I love staying in this cute casita while visiting family in Tucson. My daughters and I stayed here last year and this year it was my husband and I. It is close to the family and also pretty much all of Tucson. It’s got everything we need and then some. We hosted a dinner one night and my aunt recalled someone else they knew staying here and enjoyed it. If we come back again as a small group we would always check for availability here first! Thank you!

Where the house is located is so quiet and peaceful, yet only a few mintures away from all kinds of shops and restaurants. It’s also close to many sight seeing places. The owners are so responsive and caring. Loved it!
