Absolutely magical stay. The best location of any VRBO property we have visited. Stunning views over the tidal marsh, literally steps from the stunning and quiet Goose Rocks Beach. Easy to bike the local roads and it's a quick car trip into Kennebunkport restaurants and shops. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

While the house is close to public parking for the beach across the street, the back of the house looks over a tidal marsh and is just fascinating to observe the birds, wildlife and dramatic high and low tide differences. The house has every amenity possible, clean and very relaxing. Loved being able to bring my dog, she loved the beach and also just hanging out watching the marsh. Also close to Kennebunkport center (15 min drive) with lots of shopping, restaurants and easy walking around. I really enjoyed staying there and would do so again!

everything was exactly as described. So clean, and well stocked. the host was very helpful and responsive to my questions and messages. This was the perfect place for me to take a little solo getaway! definitely would like to stay here again!

Great stay on the salt marsh in Kennebunkport. Literally right at the public entrance to the beach. We could sit and watch the birds in the marsh all day long and the sunsets are gorgeous. Pet friendly. Cooking friendly (lots of pots, pans, utensils, basics like condiments). Great communication with host. Would definitely visit again.

The house was lovely and location amazing especially at this time of the year it was absolutely wonderful. Having access to the kayaks was great for adults and children and being submerged in this peaceful nature was very soothing. Thank you to the hosts for their responsiveness.

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing lication on a tidal marsh and Goose Rocks Beach is just across the street. House is very well equipped with lots of beach accessories, kayaks, beach chairs, corn hole, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, grill etc. The kutchen is very well stocked as well with everything you need to cook meals and includes a huge lobster pot. Property is always very clean and the yard is taken care of regularly. Jill answers any questions immediately and is always very helpful and kind. This was my third stay here and I plan to return next year as well.

Very clean and cute cottage. Very short walk to the dog friendly beach. The yard was perfect for the dogs. Our host was great. We've already booked it again for the next year.

We cooked five lobsters the first night and everything went smoothly. All the needed equipment was there. Very comfortable little house.

As advertised, this place had everything we needed. From a well stocked kitchen through great location for the beach. We stayed a week after Labor Day and had a calm, relaxing vacation. Loved sitting outside with the marsh right there, with bird watching and excellent sun sets. Jill was easy to reach when needed. We are repeat renters of this property, and we'll be back.

Jills property was beautiful and well located. On one side, there is a beautiful marsh that you can sit out and enjoy the view. On the other side, is a General Store with everything you could need. It is also located just a few minutes from the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at this quaint cottage! The location cannot be beat the sunsets over the marsh and ability to walk to the ocean is perfect. The host is top notch, quick easy communication her customer service is amazing. Thank you for sharing your sweet space!

Lovely home, perfect location!

This house is in the perfect location - minutes to walk to the beach, and also tucked away with a private backyard. The beach was not to busy even in June. We also loved being able to bring our dog to the beach in the morning and evening. There was one cloudy day during our stay, and we enjoyed some easy hiking trails at Emmons Preserve just a 6 minute drive from the house. We really enjoyed a relaxing week and would love to go back again!

We had such a great time. It was the perfect location, so close to down town but just far enough away from all the traffic commotion. The walk to the beach was amazing and the market across the street had everything you could possibly need if you forgot something. The house itself was beautiful, and we very much enjoyed our view. Would recommend to others and stay again next time we visit Kennebunk!

Very conveniently located near a beautiful beach. The kayaks, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, baby items, and beach equipment were great ammenities! The host was incredibly quick to respond!

Incredible stay in Maine with our dog. Everything was perfect!!!!

Although the weather didn’t cooperate very well, the house is cute and served our needs. The walk to the beach is super close, like accross the street! The water view is pretty but remember it’s tidal so mud when we arrived turned into flooded marsh and “lake”with the high tide. The kitchen is unique in that I’m 6’2” and on my tip toes I’d touch my head to the low ceiling! But the beds were clean and comfy and we enjoyed our visit.

This cozy cottage, a short walk to a wide, walkable beach, is a lovely place to get away with beautiful views of the marshes out the back window. Overall relaxing place for your getaway. Host was helpful and responsive.

We were so happy with this property. It was extremely convenient to UNE, Kennebunkport, etc. Beach access was across the street and the wetlands abutting the property were so beautiful.Inside, the house was so much more than expected. Every space was well designed for maximum efficiency and so well appointed. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we could need and so much more.We rent properties with great frequency and this home did not feel like a rental with the bare minimum of necessities. We even saw the special allergen friendly baking supplies that we use.

Easy and just what we needed for a change of scenery. Beach proximity was amazing and the beach is great for walking which is what I had hoped. Cottage was well equipped and clean. Jill was an excellent communicator.

Loved our stay on the edge of the marsh! The house is adorable and well equipped. An ice storm the day prior to our arrival made pretty much every walkway in Maine (and in the driveway and walkaway to the house) an ice skating rink, but we managed not to break any hips. So peaceful watching the ice flows and ducks traveling down the marsh creek. The shells on Goose Rock Beach were plentiful and the seals that watched (laughed at?) us from afar as we prepped for a polar plunge (we chickened out after experiencing significant pain in our feet on our testing run approach) were really cool. Saturn on full display and owls hooting made the nights wonderful. Would love to experience this house in another season. The only issue we had was that the house was a bit cold at first and the space heaters throughout were essential to stay warm. The first night the space heater in the 1st floor double room died (never to be resurrected) just as I was falling asleep. This made for a cold night, but I moved to the twin bed room with a working space heater the next night. Shower also was helpful with good pressure and heat. Definitely bring binoculars, as we wish we had. Day trips to Portland and Kennebunkport were also fantastic. We hope to come back again!

This cute little cottage is perfectly located overlooking a marsh and across the street from the beach. I had a peaceful, relaxing weekend enjoying the quiet off-season atmosphere with long walks and gorgeous sunsets on the mostly empty beach. The house: kitchen well stocked with everything, great views thru the windowed living/dining area, the hot water was hot, and just a short drive to Maine st for all the shops. I would definitely stay again. Property Manager was very responsive and communicative.

Our family took a quick weekend trip to do some birding and enjoy some nature walks. What a great house in an amazing location! We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the marsh every evening as the sun set. The house was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. It was cozy and comfortable, with plenty of games for entertaining ourselves after dark. It was close to nearby attractions for day trips. The owner was very responsive when we had questions about the heater. We highly recommend this place!

It was truly wonderful, amazing location with everything you could hope for. Indeed, the ceilings are low so be aware if you are more than 6 feet tall! ☺️
