Quiet White Sand Beach - Private beach access keeps you away from the crowds

Great location, quaint, quiet nhood. Shaded parking- a big plus. Outdoor shower and sink. Supplies in the house. Comfortable, clean- we would definitely like to return here.

Cleanliness would be ok if we did not find dishwasher full of dirty dishes, dirty hand towel in the bathroom, and cockroaches crawling on the floor. The beach is two houses away, but the beach is ugly and dangerous. Remains of rotten wood pillars are sticking out of the water and sand. See the pictures uploaded. It is dangerous because if someone falls onto it, they will be injured. We had to walk to other community beaches to stay away from those. The pictures I took speak for themselves.

Everything was as advertised. Very satisfied with the whole process and with the accommodations. Will use again if it is available.

Great location, had all you need in a home. Needs a little TLC...corner cabinet unhinged, empty soda can left on end table.

This house had it all. The owner allows you to use their beach equipment and the little things that are missing at other rental places are not missing here- for example, they had complimentary coffee. Easiest check in and check out process I’ve ever experienced. It may not be directly on the beach, but it was literally steps away. The owner responds immediately and was so kind to my older father, who seemed to have texted him daily to tell him something.

We enjoyed our stay. The beach house is in a quaint neighborhood, and you are less than 100 yards from the beach. You can see the ocean from the deck. The condo had a lot of room. It would be a great spot for a small family with 1 - 4 kids, or for a couple's getaway. The place was extremely well stocked with plenty of kitchen cookware. Washer and Dryer worked great. There are plenty of beach chairs for you to use, along with a beach wagon, boogie boards, floats, etc. TV and Internet were solid. My only complaint is that the home is showing some age and wear on the appliances and furniture. The mattresses need to be replaced and the place could use a refresh. However, this doesn't take away from the experience. Also, checkout is at 9am Eastern, which was really early for us We've never checked out that early at a beach house. The owner/host is very responsive and easy to reach. Cape San Blas is awesome. We rented bikes, went for walks, went to the beach, and just relaxed. You don't have to worry about crowds and the riff-raff. Great stay overall.

Clean and close to the beach, property well maintained.

This was our first trip to Cape San Blas but I am certain it won’t be our last! Our condo was the perfect place for us! Short distance to beach access and it had all the amenities we wanted. If I had any improvement suggestions at all, it would be to alter the porch in closures with slates instead of solid panels so the ocean view could be seen from a seated position! . But it is a great place to stay!

Convenient to all we wanted to do, which was surf fish. I'd definitely stay there again. Location was good, price was right.

I had a really nice stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a nicely appointed kitchen. The beach was a very short walk and there were ocean views from both porches. The state park just down the road is great too. There was a minor plumbing issue but the owner was very quick to respond. I would be happy to stay here again.

Lovely location with nice walk to the bay. It was hard to get manager to respond to my questions. Lots of bugs at first, but they must have just sprayed it because bug problem went away.

We had a Great Tim in FL. The house was great! We had everything we needed and wanted, and more! The kitchen was stocked with dishes and kitchen gadgets, the laundry room ad washing soap and what ever else you need. The beds were super comfy. We loved this property! Thank you

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location and we love it! Perfect location- steps away from the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and the bed is comfortable in the master. We hope to come back.

We had a great time. Although the property is not “on the beach”, it really was. A very short walk of just over 100 yards and you’re on a beautiful beach. When a lot of people think of Gulf beaches, they think of Panama City Beach. This was Panama City beaches with none of the Panama City downside. Almost everyone we saw on the beach and in the community were families. No loud music and partying. Port St. Joe is about a 20-minute drive away and is the quintessential “sleepy beach town”. We picked up some essentials from a local grocery store and never left again, except to a local sea food restaurant. Would definitely recommend, and we’re planning on visiting Cape San Blas again.
