Great location off Rt 1. Close to outlets, beach. 1 king, 2 full, 2 twin, 1 king pull out. parking for 5 cars. Quiet area. Kayaks are in the garage for kayaking in the bay off the pier. The boat slip is also available for use. The water around the house is shallow (18in low tide, 3ft high tide) so keep that in mind when bringing your boat. Great area to jet ski in!.

This is our 2nd time staying for a week and we enjoyed the house very much. they have many things that are useful in the house like crab pots and fishing poles and kayaks. The kitchen has every thing we needed to. Easy access to the beach with a short drive away and the town of Rehoboth.I would definitely recommend .

Stayed Jul 27, 2025What a great place to stay! The location is great, as we were able to get to Rehoboth Boardwalk, Dewey Beach, and Tower Beach in very little time. The pictures of the house online do not do it justice. It is well-maintained and provides everything you need, including linens and towels. It's not the upscale and up-to-date house you'd find with newer construction - but it is spacious, and the view of the bay is amazing! The host kept us informed about the trip and did everything to make the stay amazing!
