    Great condo in a perfect location. Easy walking to the village and ski slopes. Communal hot tub was steps away and available for relaxing after a long day. Would definitely recommend!

    This property is really well located, as it's away from the main village (and the noise) but still a very short walking distance. We really liked the three full bathrooms in the unit, and both bedrooms were relatively spacious with ample storage for clothes. The decks are small, but we appreciated the barbeque on the main deck. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything, including enough dishes that we didn't have to keep hand washing throughout our stay (4 nights). Also loved that this place was dog friendly. Would for sure stay here again.

    Overall a good experience, but we had an older person with mobility issues and had problems climbing the staircase. Some of the mugs weren’t as clean as they could have been. Kitchen was well appointed and bathrooms were modern and clean.

    We had a great stay in Whistler with friends — the location was fantastic, and the property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. The only issue we experienced was communication with the property manager. I texted him to ask if we could have a slightly later checkout time, since 10 a.m. was quite early, but never received a reply. In general, texts and emails were not answered in a timely manner, which made it difficult when we had questions. Aside from that, we enjoyed our time and would recommend the property, with the hope that communication will be more responsive in the future.

    Good location in nice complex. Well outfitted with most things needed for a longer stay. A few issues with sheets that didn’t fit the bed. Overall cleanliness was good but many of the pots and pans were very dirty. Unit is a bit tired and some things were broken. Parking is VERY VERY tight.

    This proper needs a renovation. The owner has spent money on the 3 very nice bathroom/shower rooms but the rest of the apartment is falling apart. Filthy, stained carpet throughout, most of plates/bowls chipped, bed linen not fitting on bed, door handle in “bunk” bedroom falling off, kitchen cupboard under sink, door falling off. An endless lists of things to be fixed. On arrival bag of linen lying in middle of living area and kitchen tap fallen off so very hard to turn on and off. Property manager responded quickly and sorted those issues. Impression is that property is designed for groups of skiers who don’t care about their surroundings. Not impressed, won’t be back to Symphony unit 25
