Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34. The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Overall we had a nice stay but had a couple issues. The upstairs bathroom was dingy/not updated, stains in the shower, and had ants. There are beach chairs and gear available for use but don’t ask the property management company because they were not helpful. We liked the location - it was quiet and peaceful.

    This house suited us perfectly! It’s rare to find a home so close to the beach, but also residential enough that the street is so peaceful. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

    Good location on the north end, easy beach access, and the place has all the amenities you look for. Everything you need for a beach trip has been accounted for. Vacasa also did a great job making sure everything was up to par, from pre-trip to post.

    We enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend. The house was clean and the bunkbed room was perfect for our kids. The beach was a close walk and we were able to enjoy what looked like a new deck off the kitchen. Would stay here again!

    The place is adorable, and spotless … nice quiet neighborhood but easy walk to the beach! Close to fun restaurants and golf. Parking was great in front of the house. Kitchen had everything I needed. The cute deck out back was a perfect ending to a busy day! Our new to go place…We will definitely be back soon!
